Not sure. The doctor took his time explained everything well. I have no suggestions at this time.

Upon check in they take me to a room promptly. I go every 3 months and have to wait over a hour every time I see the Dr.

There's nothing they could have done better. They are always great doing their job. They're very respectful everyone in the office. Dr. Sherrill and my nurse always makes sure I understand everything and they are very helpful and nice to me. I would like to thank the whole office for doing a great job.

You need to get appointments in a timely manner. I spent two visits, an hour and a half back in the room waiting for the doctor to come. That's a little bit concerning to me. Just need to speed up the doctor's time coming to see you.

everything was perfect!

I don't have any more answers about my test results after my visits than before. I would like to know why I've had 30+ lbs weight loss, involuntary muscle twitching, migraine headaches, nausea, etc., beginning a year and a half ago and still no answers.

I.had to wait 2 hours before I got to see the doctor. I don't think you should over book so you do not have to wait so long. Everything else was fine

It took quite a while to get an appointment, that's the only problem I had.

Improved waiting time, period. Referral for a test was sent to the wrong PRISMA EMT facility, period. I called them and they rerouted it to Greenville, period.

I had to wait 2 and 1/2 hours before I saw the doctor. That is my only complaint.

Explain in more detail what exactly the test is supposed to show and what uses the findings provide. Not tell me that at one portion of the test that "a lot of people have unnecessary surgery because of this".

The wait times to see the physician in the clinic are usually about an hour after the appointment time. Perhaps Prisma can find a solution to the long delays I have experienced.

I have been to see Dr. Sherrill twice and had to wait in the exam room over an hour the first time and 45 minutes the 2nd.

Waiting 1-2 hours for the doctor is not acceptable. I have never waited less than 1 hour. There is no disussion about my PD status or progress.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/26/2025
Schedule the appointments better. I waited 90 minuted (1-1/2) before being seen, that's too much!
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/26/2025
The wait was longer than normal.

Wonderful, wonderful doctor and awesome nursing staff
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/15/2025
Very pleased with staff and my Doctor. The wait in the waiting room is not bad. Nurse takes me to a room and takes vitals and information. My only problem every time I go I sit around 1 hr before the Dr comes in. Wish there was some way you could cut down on the wait time.

- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/1/2025
Doctor would take time to listen about my concerns about my health not be told he's in a hurry and hasn't got time for me making jokes about everything else but me I have had to wait on him before for 2 hours it's ok for him keeping me waiting but not for me to talk about my health it's not fair
