Dr. Hucks is completely trustworthy and caring so I don't have an answer for this.

For the doctor to have more information from the veteran administration so she could know my husband's, all of my husband's issues.

I really feel comfortable with Dr. Hucks. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. When I have questions I can email her through the portal and she always answers promptly.

I felt supported and respected. Office staff is always courteous.

I enjoy coming to my Doctor appointment, because I'm treated like family and they take very good care of me and I love them.I'm always told about my health issues and all my concerns are heard and attended to, everything are great no change needed.

Don't leave a message stating the call is for an update of your appointment. Instead, leave a message that you need to call the office to reschedule your appointment.

No ideas come to mind. I was treated with the utmost respect by entire staff interfaced with.

This is my idea of the ideal practice.

Registration person: I had to wait for her to finish whatever she was doing on her smart phone, and she seemed not interested in me. Furthermore, she had the same attitude with the next patient !!!

I really cannot think of anything. The staff is very courteous, helpful, and caring. The want the very best for the patients in their care. I say all thumbs up to Dr Hucks and her staff. ????????

I was very pleased with my first appointment with Dr. Hucks. All though I did not get a diagnosis or treatment plan yet, She went out of her way get the test done that day since I live so far away. She needs to get more of my medical records. I feel very confident that she will help me with the treatment I will need.
