I followed Dr. Fletcher from SVL to Anderson because she is trustworthy, helpful, and kind. I was hoping her nurse went with her, but I met another one of your intelligent and understanding nurses. I'm glad I chose to stick with Dr. Fletcher. The drive isn't the most convenient, but that is a small price to pay for having excellent primary care.

There's nothing that came to mind. She seems all in for me and that's exactly what I need.

The visit could not have been better. Dr. Fletcher was great.

I can't fathom any additional support. From the entrance to the office to the Clinical Supervisor who did the pre work before Dr. Fletcher, everyone was welcoming, kind and professional.

Everything was fine.

No improvement needed. They were very best. I love prisma and all the doctors and nurses that work there. They're very friendly professional and I couldn't ask for anything more.

I just want to leave a message that Dr. Fletcher is a fantastic doctor, explains everything to you, and shows that she cares, and is safe for her assistants, who are friendly and just wonderful young ladies.

Dr Fletcher and her nurse are great. There's nothing to change about the treatment they give you. They are amazing.

None. I was given an appointment with very little advance notice that I needed one and while my regular PCP was unavailable, Dr. Fletcher was willing to take me on as a temporary patient and was very thorough and patient with me. No complaints from me. Dr. Fletcher was very kind and caring.

Availability to arrange appointments sooner for specialty services.

I couldn't have been happier with choosing Dr. Fletcher as my new primary doctor. For the first time in my life, I felt heard by my doctor and not rushed at all. She listened to everything and gave me great feedback. I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Thank you for putting together such a great team.
