Give more of a heads up for the Group B Strep test. I didn't like that I found out same day that they tested, I also wasn't give any written information on it.

not being negligent. Listening to concerns and actually scheduling an appointment when it's obviously needed.

In no way. My care was excellent.

It would have been nice to have an earlier appointment. I waited close to four months for this appointment.

Dr. Simpson has been my OB and my GYN for 11 years. I will never go to anyone else as long as she's still in practice! Extremely caring and understanding, but very professional as well. I will say, front desk staff was mostly friendly, but one in particular know me outside of the obgyn and completely left her desk so she did not have to check me out. I just thought that was really silly and unprofessional.

The wait time was insane. There were people who showed up after we arrived (non emergent) and waited less time than we did when we arrived on time for our appointment. We waited for over an hour before seeing the doctor and it was such a short visit with the actual doctor that it seemed like it could have been an email. We waited over 20min in the waiting room while others who arrived after were seen before us in less than 10min. Then when we were finally taken to a room, we waited for another 45 min to an hour in the room for the doctor to see us. This was especially frustrating as we had taken off of work for this appt that was only supposed to last for 45min total. In the future, we would like to have more of an honest expectation of how long an appt will be and to be actually seen by the doctor in a reasonable amount of time. There were certain points of us waiting in the exam room where we genuinely believed we were forgotten in the room and that is a scary feeling when you are visiting an OBGYN for the first time. We are returning because of the facility cleanliness and organization as well as the friendliness of Doctor Simpson, not because of how we were treated.

The doctor did not see me until 55 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. While I understand being busy and delayed, this was unacceptable. To spend over an hour at the faculty, when I only spoke with the doctor for less than 10 minutes, is ridiculous.

I cannot think of anything at the moment. Dr. Simpson made me feel at ease and less nervous. She knows me well and she is a compassionate and very caring regarding you as a patient. I wouldn't change anything about her.
