I would have preferred a female interpreter for my gynecological appointment, so I could have felt more comfortable explaining my situation. And in my case, when explaining my situation, I would have preferred a woman, not a man. Thank you.

Not a thing! Everyone was very professional, pleasant, and thoroughly knew what they were doing, Dr. Simmons and her Team was awesome ?? ??

Waiting time from entry to leaving the office could be shorter.

I didn't know officially when my time with the doctor was over because I did have to go give a blood sample and I did have a couple more questions, but my time was over with the doctor before I knew.

The woman who checked me in, I asked her if my provider was in my network and she took my insurance card and did some things on the computer and said yes, you'll only have a $60 co-pay. And then at the end, when I was checking out, I was informed that the provider is not in my network and that I would be paying out of pocket, which I would have not seen the provider had the original bro told me the truth.

Dr. Simmons is great! I became a patient during a vulnerable time in my life and she helped me feel empowered to continue my health journey.

Decreased wait time to get an appointment with your primary.

Dr was very cold & un personable. She should take more consideration that the visit may be scary and uncomfortable for the first time. She never made eye contact nor even tried to smile. Her instructions were given to me while I had a speculum in & my feet in stirrups. She could have waited until the procedure was over and had a professional patient conversation. I love my normal physician there, but Dr Simmons could use some tactics on patient care & her bedside manner.

Would like to talk to someone about my experience. I have never had a bad experience at this office with my normal provider.

My visit was the experience I expected it to be. I am well pleased with the quality of care and attention to details.

I just felt like all of my concerns were overlooked and have been feeling this way over the last year.

More menopause info. Waiting room needs cellphone policy. Don't mind people talking normal but lady had speaker phone on LOUD and profanity was used by person she was talking to. Not pleasant atmosphere.

Messages were ignored. Questions were dismissed/ignored. Medical summary is incorrect. Summary says things were done or provided that were not done or provided.

I was completely satisfied..

I would like to have been contacted more promptly after leaving a direct contact number and instead they used my home number and I was not at home. This happened on two separate occasions. They should pay more attention to their messages so that they can reach their patients with ease. Thank you.

Have the triage staff is playing more of what they are going to do and to also intentionally show them sanitizing their hands.

I loved every aspect of my visit- from front desk to the end of the MD visit. I am a retired RN who formerly managed the Women's Clinic at the Asheville VA.The care I received from Dr. Simmons and each staff member was superb. They listened and I felt heard.

I can't think of anything more. All of the staff I interacted with were respectful and friendly.

The check-in person and nurse that took me back to the room both gave somewhat negative, judgmental responses when they asked my purpose for the appt. and I shared it was to discuss HRT due to a variety of symptoms. Their negative reactions made me feel I was wrong for making the appt. Fortunately, Dr. Simmons was the opposite - very supportive and empathetic. She validated my symptoms, explained the reason for them, and offered treatment. I really appreciated seeing her.

My first time visit was great.

I had a very positive experience with a doctor I had never seen before. She listened to me, took her time with me and cared for me well. She answered all of my questions and concerns and offered excellent advice. I was extremely pleased with the visit and will definitely return to her once again if my regular doctor is not available. I have no suggestions as to what could have been done better or differently. All was great- from the front office staff, to the nurse who took my vitals, the nurse who attended my doctor and the doctor herself. Excellent visit!

Needed a biopsy for suspicion of cervical cancer. First appointment they offered me was 5 months out!! Had to complain and be horrible to get someone to listen to me. Finally my GP intervened and got me an earlier appointment 2 months out which is WAY to long to wait if you think you have cancer!! Went to my appointment and they were an hour and a half late with my appointment!! Very upset with Prisma at this point

I think not rushing through my appointment and asking me my concerns. I felt like I didn't get to explain my concerns and symptoms. I didn't feel heard. It did NOT feel like compassionate personalized care. It felt like checking a box, robotic, like I was just another number of a patient. It didn't feel she was talking to a person or she even cared about my struggles. I waited an hour and half and I didn't even get 15 minutes of her time. It felt she was rushing to get to lunch. When I needed to use the bathroom I asked a nurse for urine specimen cup in case the doctor needed a sample while I needed to go and she acted like I was making things complicated. She asked if I had UTI concerns. I told her not exactly. I just have been dehydrated so it had been hard to go. That way if the doctor needed a urine sample to run for a pregnancy test or any other urine testing they would have it. I think slowing down and taking the time to hear me out would go a long way with my trust and respect.

The nurse in the exam room asked me if I was experiencing any depression, and she asked it in a way as if it were a thing to make light of or joke about (she asked it with a bit of a laugh and like it was an afterthought). Although I'm not depressed, I could see how someone would feel uncomfortable mentioning it to that specific nurse with how it was asked.
