Dr.Feldman's staff was great. She is a good listener and explains further treatment that is needed.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/17/2026
That the doctor in charge could be more forthcoming on how to treat the root cause instead of the sympton, there are too many of us that continue to be sick with the treatment we receive.

Nothing, everything was fine.

Dr. Feldman is the most caring Doctor I have ever experienced.

No more one hour wait to see the doctor. PRISMA needs to bulk up MDs support staff if you expect them to see patients at the proscribed pace.

Everyone was professional, always.

You did good, I can't think of anything.

The wait times could be better. I wasn't called back until approximately 25 minutes past my appointment time. I love Dr. Jenny, so she is worth the wait, but it would be nice if I could get in at my scheduled appointment time.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/5/2025
Everyone treated me with great respect. I felt like family, like I was the main reason that they came to work that day. Scheduling, nursing, doctor and device clinic worked together efficiently and effectively to care for me.

I was sent a text that said my appointment was canceled and I called to reschedule and the scheduler said the text was incorrect. They move the appointment up,if I didn't call to reschedule, I would of missed my appointment.

Was very pleased with my visit and care. Can't think of anything that could have been improved.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/6/2025
Dr. Feldman was extremely disrespectful during my visit and repeatedly made remarks that made me feel ignored and condescended to. Despite my repeated attempts to explain my frustration at not having answers for a battery of debilitating symptoms, she dismissed my concerns and assured me that I would see improvement by adding exercise to my routine. While the advice of slowly building tolerance in my situation is sound, her bedside manner and method of delivery were extremely lacking at best, and downright insulting at worst. Instead of empathy, I found myself facing a practitioner who referred to my desire to use a wheelchair as "living like an invalid." A reminder that such language is offensive seems in order, as well as additional training on how to respond to a patient breaking down in tears over repeated instances of disregard and demeaning conduct. Stating my blood pressure was low for "my size" in a sneering tone was not only rude, but clearly indicative of a bias against fat patients. I really cannot stress enough how awful this experience was.

No suggestions for improvement.

Although I've been going to Dr. Feldman for 47 years, but I haven't seen her lately. She's been busy with other things, but I've seen her staff and her nurses, and they are wonderful. I just miss Dr. Feldman that I don't ever get to see her anymore, and I'm getting old, and I know I won't be here that long. But Dr. Feldman is the wonderful doctor, and I love her with all my heart, and I love her Thank you very much for calling me.

Excellent help...Very Grateful.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/29/2025
Well she told me that she was very busy and if I wasn't going to take the medication she ordered she didn't need to see me again. I did understand about the medication because she never took the time to listen to my questions and concerns pertaining that medication. I was not comfortable with giving myself injections without her spending the time to educate me on the Procedure. She wasn't compassionate at all. Very little concerns for me and my needs

On my chart, after you leave, there's no way to get hold of the doctor. A nurse intercepts the communications on my chart and either loses them after that or sends it on to the PA. In my case, an important communication was sent on to the PA instead of going to the doctor, as I requested, and the PA never responded. Today I sent a second message with instructions to send it directly to the doctor and I have not heard anything back. It doesn't look like I will.

I think it was pretty much perfect. I have worked in the medical field many yrs and this Dr and everything about Prisma seems very very good and professional. I really like Dr Feldman and respect her highly. Thank you

Actually listening and making my concerns feel validated, heard, and understood. Everytime I would go to provide extra information or talk about an experience I had that may assist in diagnosis I would get talked over and essentially ignored. I feel as though my concerns weren't actually addressed. I originally came in to address extreme seemingly random heart palpitations and worsening POTS symptoms, and instead got told (with little to no explanation given or questions asked) that I didn't have POTS, and my other concerns felt as though they were slightly dismissed.

I would prefer to meet with the doctor instead of her assistant. Although the assistant is nice and helpful. A meeting with the doctor will be helpful for my care.

Hi, I would just like to say that I have been a patient of Dr. Feldman for many years, and I trust that lady with my life completely. I have never had better care. She is a wonderful person, and I have no complaints against the treatment and the people that I deal with when I come there. Great, great service. Thank you very much.
