Okay, I don't know of any way that I could have been treated any better. Jenna Davis is a very efficient, a very courtesy, very likable doctor and she always answers questions right away if I have any or makes a phone call, whatever she needs to do to take care of whatever's going on, her or her nurse does that. Thank you.

I've been a long-time Prisma Health patient, and this was the first visit I genuinely enjoyed from start to finish. The check-in process was simple and convenient-I completed most of the paperwork online, including uploading my insurance information and paying my co-pay. I was even able to join the waitlist and get an earlier appointment. The physician was outstanding. They reviewed my history thoroughly, addressed all of my concerns, and truly listened. I never felt rushed at any point. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I believe this was my second maybe third visit with Dr. Davis and I'm just a little baffled by her asking to record the visit. Out of the 40 plus years this is the very first time I've had a doctor ask to record the visit. Is this an individual preference for your doctor's? Other than that the visit was great.

Better manners and courtesy. This provider needed more training before being with patience. I will never come back to this practice again. Nor recommend to anyone.

The new chairs in the waiting area are a great improvement.

Truly I can't say there was anything else that the office/staff could have done differently no this visit. I had an early morning appointment. Everyone was courteous from the front desk to the nurses. I was in and out within an hour.

The provider, Jenna Davis is one of the best! I had an awesome experience, and she is a genuinely caring person! As a veteran, I prefer her over my VA primary care provider. Everything was okay except that there are problems with my insurance, I am being charged a co-pay and I'm being charged for my medication, when I am on Medicaid and First Choice insurance.

Have no concerns with care during this visit. The hand washing question on the questionnaire should be removed since staff could have wash their hands before entering the examine room or calling the patients back to get weighs done prior to being place in the examine room. I would like if there was a way to find out the out-of-pocket cost of medications before prescriptions are phoned in to a pharmacy.

Hi, yes. Nurse practitioner, Jenna Davis, was very informative. Her bedside manner was outstanding. She listened patiently. I did not feel rushed. And I also left feeling that she provided full spectrum of care for my needs. She was advanced thinking as far as prescribing or as far as taking the appropriate steps for additional testing, whatever that she felt and that I also felt was needed. We were, she was very open about that discussion and she was very forward thinking in making sure that the appropriate steps were taken to diagnose what my condition is. So I'm glad that I have made the switch to her and I look forward to her being my practitioner in the future. Thanks so much.

While my doctor has been traditionally prompt, I was not seen until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time on this occasion. I hope this occurrence is not indicative of a change in the practice or Prisma Health policy.

The doctor I seen was Dr. Jenna Davis and this was my first initial visit. She was kind, caring professional she listened. She allowed me to ask questions. She answered in detail and assure me if I had any more questions or concerns just call her the office and if the prescriptions did not work for me or if I had any side effects, please reach out to her And she would make the necessary changes. She even ordered blood work for something that she had noticed in a prior lab work I had done. She will be my doctor for the rest of my entire life.

I can't answer that because everything was aboveboard and Ms. Jenna Davis was just exceptionally wonderful. I felt really good about my visit and look forward to my follow-up. She listened to my concerns and addressed them with referrals to various clinicians. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Very professional. The intake nurse was very friendly and warm. Like I said, overall I had a wonderful visit.

It isn't anything I need y'all to work on. Ms. Jena Davis is the best NP hands down. I feel like I'm talking to one of my friends when I visit.

Had a boil She cut it open. Didnt pack it just stuck bandaaid on. The following day I was seen in Er. The infection spread very rapidly. ER was shocked I'll give her a bad review and never see her again. Unbelievable!!!!

I like the care that I received from Jenna Davis. She was very knowledgeable and professional.

I didn't see my provider. After waiting an hour I left. I was supposed to get fasting blood work but I had already been awake 5 hours without food or drink and I just couldn't wait any longer. Maybe for people who are going to get fasting bloodwork the providers could put in the order for the bloodwork early that way patients like me can come in early and get it done before the appointment and eat something

I was not impressed with the doctor or NP I saw. The nurse was sweet but the Dr./ NP seemed busy, not truly interested, just marking my appt. off her list of to-do's. Did not try to establish a connection. I would not prefer to see her again. Did not make me feel at home.
