It was a little frustrating trying to bridge the gap between my PCM, the referral, the insurer, and this appointment. I didn't know until I arrived at the appointment whether I'd be paying a copay or hundreds of dollars. I'm not sure how to fix that, but it was stressful.

The doctor was very, very precise, looking at the monitor, make sure everything was precisely supposed to be, where the injection is supposed to go to. And he was very nice and he told me when he was going to speak me and told me in the location he was going to speak me. And he was very good. I love him. I recommend him to anybody.

got lost in building, tried to call office for help no one on any extension answered! the receptionist was sitting at the desk when i finally got there looking at her finger nails. When I asked why no one picked up the phone, she said they don't when their with patients. I told her there was no patient when I came in and she said I was the patient. Very nasty person who seemed to enjoy doing nothing. Don't plan on going back to that building!

You need to improve on your referral process. It took my wife calling patient advocate to get an appointment after waiting 6 weeks and leaving voicemails without a return call.

There were no issues that could have been improved upon. I was encouraged to contact the portal for questions or concerns. I was further encouraged to provide follow up notice on how now medication is working. I feel that Dr Meyers is the best Neurologist I have ever encountered.

Office staff is terrible. Will NOT answer the phone. Will NOT return calls. Staff is not punctual arriving at work in the mornings and spend way too much time sitting in a room waiting for doctor. 45 minutes for the first appointment in the morning is ridiculous!

The provider was really good. The service was good. It's just, it's extremely difficult to get through to the office and to make an appointment. Other than that, it's good once you get there. They're very concerned and very caring. Thank you.

My appointment was at eight o'clock and someone just happened to be walking down the hall to open the door at eight o'clock and let me sit. And then there was some sort of supervisor, a gentleman that came and sat with me because no one came to the desk until about 8.20. So I was a new patient and that kind of gives you a bad taste in your mouth when there's no one there at the desk. Thank you.

The facility was my only challenge. It's older and does not have automatic doors. The doorways are also narrow for a wheelchair.

All he had to do was just listen to what we had to say. And I can understand, because I didn't understand what they were talking about. You get something on the telephone and then they had that kind of phone they were talking about and they didn't give me no printout about anything. I paid $30 and all I wanted was a printout on what I needed. They didn't give me nothing. I didn't understand anything that was going on. I'm still waiting on my pills for the poor little things to go to the pharmacy for my head. I don't understand anything they were doing on my desk. I don't understand none of that. That's all I got to say.
