There's not one solitary thing that I could advise or suggest that was made my appointment any better than it already was. This position has been working with me probably for six or seven years. Not one time have I ever left his office with a question that was not answered, and if I had any questions I could call in between my visits, and my questions would be answered by the end of the day

Helped getting appointment with PT. I had to wait a week for an appointment.

When I came in, I gave the lady my insurance and all, and she told me to go get in the waiting room, and I did. And when I came out, she told me they did not accept my insurance. I would not have kept that appointment if she had told me that when I first came in. So I had a real bad experience with them.

I have no complaints. This visit was way better than my previous visits with another orthopedic practice!

Not a thing. Everything was done for me that was necessary for my visit and two more follow up visits were scheduled.

I worked as an office manager most of my life so I know about staff and doctors pretty well. This is one of the best I have seen.

None did a good job love the new building

Since I am already familiar with the AnMed location and procedures, I was able to understand all the instructions about my pre-op tests, but as an older person, I could see it could be difficult for an older patient to understand to all the directions, several and varied and spoken quickly. Younger people tend to speak more quickly than "older ears" hear and sometimes miss details. I think speaking more slowly and repeating a summary of instructions might be helpful to older patients.

I can't think of anything else that would've made my visit more comfortable I give Prisma a 10 out of 10

I can't think of anything. I spent 25 years in health care at a senior executive level. I was part of many practices that could benefit from a practice like the one I visited in Anderson. Everybody was great from check in to Radiology and the Doctor and his staff. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for the services provided there.

I feel like, the receptionist that made my appointment didn't understand what I was saying. I saw the doctor just to have to come back for my treatment once approved by my insurance.
