I don't know that it could have been better. Dr Wisinski and the whole team are excellent. They have me feeling healthier and stronger and happier than I have felt in decades.

I felt supported and trusting about my encounter. However, the check-in attendant scolded me for not letting her know I arrived. I did complete online check-in, but I was not aware I needed to activate proximity check-in to alert the desk of my arrival. Minor issue overall.

Nothing. Dr. Wisinski and the male nurse who brought us in were both respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. A wonderful experience.

During my visit, I was sent for lab work; however, the process felt more difficult than necessary. I am a known hard stick, which I did communicate at the time, but the response felt somewhat nonchalant, and the bedside manner did not feel reassuring or patient-centered. In hindsight, I recognize that I should have trusted my instincts and declined the draw at that moment, and I take responsibility for not holding that boundary for myself. Additionally, the lab information I was provided included at least one location with an incorrect phone number, which created further inconvenience. Given my work schedule and responsibilities, clearer guidance would have been helpful-such as recommendations on which lab locations accept walk-ins or which may be better suited for patients with difficult venous access.

I wish the doctors had taken the time to note my pronouns, which are in my chart. I heard them misgendering me in the hall outside the door and it was very upsetting. Otherwise, I appreciated that they didn't just call me obese and blame my weight for my issues. They both seemed to genuinely want to help me fix the pain in my knee. I truly just wish I could receive care with Prisma without being misgendered. It's very traumatizing.

After the appointment, the Doctor and Trainee gave me the information I needed. Asked if I had any other questions, I said no. The Doctor shook my hand, told me where checkout is. They both left the room before I got up. I think it's more courteous to wait on the patient to get up before leaving the room.

The support staff were so very slow. I waited 20 minutes after seeing the doctor just to get a flu shot. They weren't very organized on where I should go and tried to send me to checkout before receiving my flu shot and blood work. They did send me to checkout without getting my stool sample kit. I tried to go back two days later to pickup the kit (no one has reached out to me) and spent 20 minutes waiting just to be told it will still be a long time. In reality, they probably need more staff to run more efficiently. But the doctor was great

Sometimes I need something right away such as a medication and I get told by a nurse that I have to be patient the Dr is busy. The last time I got my blood drawn the phlebotomist didn't use a butterfly needle that I asked and it was twice now and sure enough I got home and took the wrap off my arm and blood was squirting out all over. In my car on my leather seat and in the garage and on my clothes and then it had a blood blister and a bruise just shy of 2 inches. That phlebotomist should not be working there, she's not nice and she's not friendly and I will not be getting my blood drawn there anymore I will go to Lexington medical center.

Timeliness...understanding the multiple situations presented during the day, causing delays. Acknowledging tardiness during the session allows for the patient to feel their time is important, too. Not just for the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual well being. Dr Wisinski has incredible insight and knowledge...plus great compassion! Well worth the wait!!!
