It was all good.

Have the Dr. that I was suppose to see actually spend quality time in the visit or just NOT show up at all!!! I was actually consulted/treated by the NP, whom I prefer anyway. She did ALL the tests, went the workup and ALL possible treatments. After we had finished and started to schedule a follow-up appointment, the doctor finally graced us with his presence and did a brief follow-up of most of what we had just covered AND NOT bringing or adding any new material!!! If not for the NP I would have gotten up and left having to wait that long!!! She was FANTASTIC and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!!!!

Wait time to see Dr. J was an hour.

Can't think of anything as everything was as expected. Everyone was very polite and professional.

Doctor Jorgensen and his staff are outstanding!

I can not think of a single thing. A very special and loving team Dr. Jorgensen is out stand and those ladies that assist him are remakable. 5 star rating from me . Being 5 is the highest. Thanking for their love and support. Awesome team . ?

There is not a need to change anything in Jorgensen office. I was treated with respect and given the best care that's possible. So no, I don't want to make any changes.

I originally contacted the office through My Chart, the person responding was very nonchalant about my issue & did not offer any assistance. After continued messaging which was only intermittently responded to I was eventually offered an appointment in 2 weeks. I had to continue to message to ask for some kind of protocol to manage the pain & the response was Like "oh you can take Tylenol and alternate with Alieve. I shared that I have been taking Tylenol since it started with little or no relief and I can't take the other with my Ckd & got no additional help. They were not helpful, listening and took no responsibility for answering the My Chart messaging Cue. In a word, Thoughtlessly & in 2 words Lacked Compassion. If nothing else why not just send me to the ER. And instead just left me hanging for 2 more weeks in pain. (2 weeks later the Drs visit went fine and we are on a path to resolution. ) The My Chart response & resolution was inexcusable not to mention PAINFUL & without concern or compassion for the patients on the other end. That part was so disappointing.

The professionalism, compassion, concern, and respect I was shown by the nurse, PA, and Doctor was truly unmatched. Keep hiring staff like these!

Visit was timely, helpful, contact for questions after visit on timely basis. Satisfied , Dr Jorgensen was informative, spent time answering concerns we have. Very helpful.

The Only Way I Can See Dr. Jorgensen And His Staff Could've Offered Support Or Improved Trust And And Respect, Would Be To Pole Vault To The Next Highest Level They've Already Have Set!

Wait time. But then you experience the degree of care measured by time spent and you understand. I'll wait 30 minutes to get this level of care anytime.

At this point, I can't think of a single thing. Every aspect of care exceeded my expectations.

Improve wart time, sat the examine room for 45 minutes before seeing doctor. Entire visit time was almost 2 hours.

Dr Jorgensen was amazing as was the members of his team that I met. I can in terrified of what the surgery was going to do to me and Dr Jorgensen laid every fear to rest. He and his team got my sense of humor and I was so comfortable with everyone!

Office wait was extensive without knowing why. I assume staff was busy with other appointments. Appt was 2:30. Was not seen until about 3:30 without knowing if my name fell in a hole somewhere.

Everything the Doctor and I spoke about was very clear!! All my questions and concerns were answered with clarity and without hesitation!! I felt really relaxed after my appointment!! ALL of the staff members were really AMAZING!!!

The check in should have keep us informed about the Dr. rounding late. I waited about 2 hours and finally asked the front desk. Patients were not happy.

This appointment was good. The nurses or PA had ideas while I was in the hospital that were way off base.

Nothing!! Dr. Jorgensen is a wonderful doctor. Very caring, attentive, & is very dedicated & detailed to my care & continued health since my cancer treatments. His staff are also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him & his team.

The Waiting Area was total chaos. There were screaming children that were above and beyond loud. A different location is needed. I am a grandmother and am used to loud children but, my wait was miserable.
