Nothing, the most professional Dr. that I ever had. Everyone was great.

Dr. Walls and the entire staff are amazing every time! My only issue is with billing. My first visit wasn't billed to the VA as this is a VA referral with approval and I'm having to deal with a debt collector. I have attempted to contact the billing office at Prisma and the VA with one sending me to the other. My CARE has been way above board!

Actually, I very much enjoy my visits to the hematologist. Everyone in that building and on that staff are always so happy and so helpful. I would love to work in that building with those People The attitude for everyone is so helpful and so happy. We need more offices like this office.

Yeah, from check-in until I checked out. Couldn't ask for a better group of people. I appreciate everything they do.

No complaints. Dr. Walls is awesome.

Dr. Walls and his staff could not have been kinder. No one seemed to be in a rush. I feel like I made new friends. Frankly, it was most enjoyable . I must say however that my regular dr. did not provide my health history for Dr Walls I don't remember specifics. That was frustrating for me.

Everyone, from the moment, I entered the facility was attentive to my care. They asked questions and Provided information relative to my visit and my overall Healthcare needs. Dr. James and his entire staff is always concerned about my health and improvement. I very much appreciate them all. Thank You.

None every body is always very nice

I was completely happy with my care from registration, lab personnel, nurses and my Dr.

I was the last person to even walk out that building. I wait almost 2 hours to get the doctor. Very unacceptable
