Jay Chetan Patel, MD, is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with Prisma Health specializing in abdominal imaging and pediatric radiology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Dr. Patel provides expert interpretation of CT, MRI, ultrasound, and radiographic imaging with subspecialty expertise in abdominal and pediatric radiology. His clinical focus includes high-quality cross-sectional imaging to support accurate diagnosis and timely management of a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, working closely with referring providers across Prisma Health to guide patient care.
