Dr Otero is fantastic and trust him and his team

I was his patient years ago and just came back for my 5 year colonoscopy. His staff are really friendly and professional and he's an excellent doctor.

The doctor immediately started cutting on the cyst. He was removing without asking me if I could feel it. From the time he gave me the shot for pain until he was finished he caused great pain throughout. The shot was very painful. The cutting was painful the cauterizing Was very painful.. The doctor seemed to be in a hurry. I'll not use him again.

Can't think of anything, everyone I came in contact with was extremely helpful and friendly.

The medical assistance was loud and rushed. I did not have time to say anything before she was out of the room. All other encounters with provider and staff were very polite and professional. The surgical resident did an excellent job getting my history and asking questions about my current symptoms. I would see Dr Otero again with confidence.

From check in to check out I was well pleased with my consultation. I had to call back to reschedule my procedure and had no issues whatsoever doing so.

As far as I am concerned there were no improvements needed. I don't have any suggestions, the staff and the doctor are great. I really like the fact that Dr Otero is to the point and tells it like it is. Great communication.

Nothing! I was very impressed with the job the surgeon did. I was especially impressed with the speed of getting my appendix out!

The staff of doctor was great, the doctor was great. They both explained what they were doing and why. Great work and friendly, polite people Would Diffidently recommend to someone else.

I can't really think of anything off the top of my head. The whole team was very friendly & professional. They were all very organized and gave thorough instructions.

I think everything was fine. I had no wait time and everyone was good at there job and kind to me. Don't have any suggestions for improvement.

Better followup for professional referral to an osteopath/orthopedist for serious concerns about my left tibia.

There was nothing else to be done. Dr. Otero checked the site, answered all our questions, explained carefully and thoroughly, and made it clear that we could contact him with any questions we may have. His surgical skill is impeccable and he is a very kind. caring person. I would recommend him highly both for his skill and personality. We were very fortunate that he was there when we needed him.
