More information about what the end stages of heart failure is going to look like and more information about the recommendations for hospice. We're still floundering without knowing enough specific and concrete information, okay, as opposed to the vague generalities that are plentiful. could help us when the time comes to decide to go into hospice or to continue on with treatment. That's what would be helpful.

Make follow up appointments when leaving the current appointment. 3 to 12 months to be able to make a follow up appointment is unreasonable. Had a dermatologist appointment today that was able to give me my next annual appointment.

It seemed to throw the staff for a loop that our medical information was at Pardee in Hendersonville, although we had been told the systems would link. They eventually got the info, but it seems like medical records have been around plenty long enough for the link-up to happen before we got there.

This office staff and medical staff for heart failure were courteous, excellent listeners, prepared for my first visit, and very professional. Each person answered my questions with patience. I wish you all would move to Asheville and teach the hospital there how to more like you all. The cleanliness of the clinic was absolutely "sterile" looking. I did not use the restroom facilities as men tend to urinate on the toilet and shake it so urine goes on the floor. Men don't always wash their hands after urinating and then touch the door handle when leaving. That would be my only complaint and I know the politics behind it and you are forced to have men and women use the same toilet facility.

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/22/2025
In no way could I have been treated any by Dr Guichard or any of his nurses. Dr Guichard saved my life, His knowledge of medications and how to put them together saved my life!! He also helped me afford my medication by giving me a grant when my insurance would not help. I thank God for Dr Guichard and his care of me!!

Dr. Guichard made a big deal out of dad's non-slip socks. He wasn't quite as directly, abruptly mocking as he was at the last visit, but we had sent a MyChart message specifically asking that that be avoided and that there not be any attention paid to his socks if he was wearing the non-slip ones instead of quote regular ones. It leaves him feeling humiliated and that much more debilitated and old. And it's just not necessary. It doesn't have anything to do with anything medical, much less cardiac, much less heart failure subspecialty.
