None. I always have a clear understanding of my condition and options with Dr Sargeant . He takes his time to explain and answerer any questions I have.

When I called to make an appointment the employee who answered the phone, who I assume is a Medical Assistant, was very rude. She put the phone down and stated, "Why do they always wait until last minute?!" I found this unprofessional, and I wish I received her name. There is definitely room for improvement in this aspect.

The check-in staff member was rude and never made eye contact with either me or my daughter. Even after we explained that we had gone to the wrong facility, and that the lady on the phone had assured us she would notify them we were on our way from the Sumter location to Columbia and would arrive a few minutes late, the staff member remained dismissive. Her behavior was very unprofessional.

My husband's blood pressure was up when we were in the office and his blood pressure has never been elevated. And we're not sure if the blood pressure was taken correctly. They took it in the right arm, the left, and we should have suggested that they take it manually.

I love Dr. Sargeant. He is a great listener. He walks you to the checkout when you're done. The lady that works up there at the checkout is absolutely wonderful. I love coming to that place. It's so well organized and clean. Thank you.

I can't think of of a way the staff could have done anything to improve trust. When I called back with a question, they were prompt to call me back with an answer.

Dr Sargeant had an emergency over at the hospital. He was very late getting back to his patients at the office, which is very understandable. And I definitely understand that. But there was too much time in between when the nurse checked on several of us? I think one patient wanted to reschedule but I waited. I understand that it does happen no reflection on Dr Sargeant he's an excellent doctor!

Don't have appointments scheduled for everyone at the same time it's not like it's a drive tru service. It's a quiet place so be mindful of underage people in waiting rooms
