I always appreciate the staffs efforts to the extra mile. We were last minute flu shot patients. Though they normally only administer flu shots up until 4pm, they were willing to work us in after 4:15. I appreciate their flexibility!

Waiting time after nurse check up our kid, the wait time for doctor is too long, even if it's my appointment and I made on time.
