There is no way that Dr. Jaqui and her team could have made my experience any better. They're always courteous. Dr. Jaqui is always on time. They're always knowledgeable of what's going on. She listens to understand, you know, what's going on and then she tells me how it is and I love that. And like I said, her medical assistants are awesome. They're all super, super sweet. I love every single one of them. I absolutely love going to see my doctor because she keeps it real with me.

I can't think of any way that my visit could have been improved. Dr. Jones is a very knowledgeable and personable physician. Handled my Medicare Annual visit in depth to make sure that I am on the right health care path. Nurse and check-in person treated me with care. I have a lot of experience with office visits and Dr. Jones and her staff come as possible to perfection.

I have no notes for my provider. I have been coming to her specifically for years because of her knowledge of my medical history, bedside manner, helpfulness and intentionality when accommodating my needs and addressing my concerns.

Reduce wait time

Dr. Jones and her team do an amazing job. From the front desk to the medical assistants to Dr. Jones herself, everyone makes me feel comfortable-it truly feels like catching up with family. Dr. Jones listens carefully and incorporates what you share into your care. I'm so grateful I found her.

The provider and staff did a great job caring for me, i didn't see anything that needed to be improved.

Check on me after placing me in a room. My appointment was at 8:20, I arrived at 8:00am, was called back at 8:15 and left in the room after vitals and initial questions until 9:30-9-40 when the doctor came in. Don't overbook the providers schedule. It is inconvenient to sit there for 2 hours to see the provider for 20 minutes or less.

Shorter wait times. Seen almost q hour after appointment time and felt rushed during the appointment.

I am satisfied with my treatment/visit with Dr. Jones' office.

I would have really liked that when I had my major surgery, which I had with another provider, and my provider knew that I was going to have the surgery, if they could at least take the time and call me and see how I was doing and just follow up on the procedure.

Everything but the wait time was amazing. Took over an hr after scheduled appt time to be seen. But with the care Dr Jones provides, I can see how appts can run beyond scheduled time. And Dr Jones is there to listen, and never rushes. Other than time, I would recommend every time!

My appointment was 8:40. I was taking on time but sit in the exam room for one hour and 15min before the Dr. came in for the office visit which only last 15min. I was there over hour and 45min. For a 15min visit

Everyone was professional and attentive. One way to further build trust and respect could be by checking in more frequently during the wait and explaining each step of the process. Clear communication always helps ease any nerves and shows genuine care.

I know we can go to MyChart, to get a printout of our appointment notes, however a hardcopy before leaving would be much appreciated.

Dr Jones and staff were excellent in every way possible. Going to the dr is something none of us ever looks forward to but Dr Jones and her staff come as close as possible to make the visit pleasant and productive. All were very friendly and caring.

It should be able to get an appointment as needed and not have to wait because there's no time. And sometimes when I call for refill, the message person doesn't get it and I don't get my medication right away. I have to call again. That's it.

Dr. Jaqui Jones and her staff were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot think of anything that could have improved this recent visit. Dr. Jones is familiar with my health everytime I see her and I never feel like she remembers me from a chart.

I don't think that there's anything else that could have been offered. Dr. Jones is absolutely phenomenal. She does a great job of listening and she does not rush her patients out of the office.

Saw Dr Jones as my regular physician was not available. I would certainly be happy to interact with her again. I did have to wait almost an hour however they did work me in and she did apologize for the wait.

The wait time for new patient appointment was 6 months. That is really long time! Hire more quality doctors so that the wait isn't as long.

The team is doing super job and I am one of the few patient that is getting care and attention I deserve.

I like the care and information the doctor provides when I am in the office. However, I sent two messages to her, via the My Chart app, asking questions and I never received a response. We talked about this during the appointment but I would have liked to receive a call or message back when I sent the original message 4 months ago. I am new to Prisma Health and I am not sure how certain aspects of communicating with your doctor works but I was not pleased with this incident. Communication is the one way to offer support and improve trust.

Well, I came to see Dr. Jones because I hurt my elbow. And I'm very happy with the care she gave me. It seemed to her that my elbow may have been broken, and so she sent me right over to the Park Ridge Hospital to have an x-ray, which I did. And then I just waited for a response. I know that it just takes a little while to do that. But I just decided to put ice on my elbow. I wasn't instructed to do that, but I did that. But basically, I just tried to keep it immobile. But I just really didn't know what to do until the results of the x-ray came back.

Keep doing what you are doing. Everything was great and Dr. Jones is the BEST Dr. I've ever had.

Dr Jaqui Jones and her staff always do a supurb job. My questions are always answered and medical plan is clear. It is rare to say that you actually enjoy going to the doctor, but with Dr. Jones and her staff, I can honestly say it. This has been the difference in my health with having a chronic illness, yet continue getting clean bills of health thanks to the preventative plans and catching things before they become problematic. Excellent doctor and excellent staff.

Medical professional should understand that most patients prefer to have medical appointments in the morning . As a patient, I should not be put down or spoken down to because I cannot always remember the exact medical name of all of my medication. Not to mention, as a patient, I should be spoken to as an a patient and not a child. Not only am I patient of yours, I am an adult, therefore would like to spoken to as a patient and as an ADULT.. One minor thing, nurses have to remember to gently knock on the door where the patient is patiently waiting to be seen by the doctor. I had a nurse to come right on in without gently knocking on the door.Nurse just barged in.
