I was surprised that I was not put on the bed to lay back for more visual examination. Dr. Motlis was very efficient and kind during her interview and offered some important guidance that I needed to hear. Thank you.

Very efficient method of dealing with a UTI via MyChart. Sent message requesting lab test. Test results within an hour. And prescription to pharmacy within 3 hours.

Nothing could make the experience any better; it was great! Dr. Perez-Motlis is by far, the best primary care doctor I have ever had! She listens, does not judge, and remembers details about my care that make me feel special. She is truly the best!

Nurse and doctor did a great job. Admin staff were very efficient. However, internal doors were visibly dirty. A doctor's office should be clean.

Blood taking on the 13th seem to not have any connection to the appointment on the 16th. I have an appointment on the 16th as a checkup not sure what about I assumed it was in advance to the 16th. For discussion purposes which makes perfect sense. But technician intimated it was not for that. Not sure what the 13th appointment was for; that's up for speculation. I'm thinking I need to use a different office or physician attendant.

Found a way to get in quicker to see her. I ended up seeing her about a month earlier as I was on the waiting list and kept trying to get in but it was like jumping through hoops to finally get in. She is an excellent doctor and I understand why she has a wait list but this was a bit much

I was seen for concerns regarding an ongoing illness and breathing concerns. My O2 was not checked nor were my throat, nose, or ears.

Very good first visit. Everyone were courteous and helpful. The only thing that I could offer for improvement is quicker appointment with the Dr. If possible.

I am vision impaired. So I always need assistance when I am called from the waiting room to get back to the office. The nurse was very kind and came and helped me to get back to the appropriate room. I was treated with kindness and courtesy and was given needed help since I am unable to see. The staff and the physician are very kind. They agreed to call me with lab results since I am unable to navigate my chart and make appropriate accommodations. I am very grateful for the care I receive.

Yes, I felt like I had to wait for an appointment. I felt that was too long. And I was told that there weren't enough physicians to accommodate the area. I had to go to urgent care once. I did three phone visits with another company in order to take care of my health issue. And I just felt like perhaps there needed to be some improvement in physician or nurse practitioner hiring so that I could have gotten an earlier appointment. Thank you.

I cannot think of anything to improve upon. Parking was convenient, the office was comfortable, the treatment room was clean. The office staff, nurse and the doctor were friendly and knowledgeable and courteous, and answered all the questions I had. My wait time in the office area was short. Their office is run very well and efficiently. The nurse and the doctor both seemed genuinely caring and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my experience.

Improved MD staffing at this office Would have allowed my excellent PCP more acute slots in her schedule, I was lucky to find an appointment online at midnight two days before.

I was told I needed to come in for this appt because I needed a prescription refill for my thyroid medication. I had a full set of labs last October (as part of a pre surgical clearance visit) so I was not yet due for new labs but I was told my provider will not fill the prescription unless I came in. The visit was less than 20 min total inclusive of check in and check out where my lab orders were printed. I was charged at a moderate level appt (30 min). Currently, my EOB via my online insurance acct shows that I will owe $189.66 (I have not yet met my deductible). This seems excessive and unnecessary given that my labs are still valid and I have seen my provider within the last 6 months.

I don't have any suggestions I was treated great

I wanted to leave this message and say, I think this office does outstanding with all its patients. This is probably the best and the most trusted office I've seen so far. I trust them with my life over every other office you have.

I feel rushed to checkout and not able to ask questions and discuss issues thoroughly enough. This was supposed to be the "one big initial medicare checkup" in which I was supposed to be able to discuss all medical issues and have a complete understanding of my current, future health. I was rushed out in 10 minutes. It was basically the same quarterly diabetes follow-up that I experience all the time.

I appreciate the time spent and opportunities to ask questions, but as a first wellness appointment as a long term doctor for my daughter I thought there would be more questions, especially since our previous Epic records had not merged. Overall though I did feel comfortable and confident in the interaction.
