She needs not to lump everyone into one group. I'm not going to be at the same place as a person without my medical problems. I felt like the process that all of my other providers were so happy with wasn't good enough for her. I have lost a good amount of weight in 6 mos and was told that I wasn't do everything I needed to. I have other medical conditions that the normal patients don't have. I was feeling very good about my progress until that day.

Love this practice. It's just frustrating how late the providers are. Almost every visit I wait 25+ minutes to be seen. It doesn't matter if I'm the 1st patient of the day or last. That being said I feel well cared for at my visits. It's just frustrating to have absolutely no idea how long I'll be in the office. The nursing staff and front desk staff are very efficient.
