I would not change anything regarding the support, trust, and respect I received during my visit. Everyone was wonderful. Their attention to my concerns made me feel very comfortable. Best doctor's visit I have ever had.

Had major indigestion from GERD and could have used a Rolaid or such.

My complaint is not with the medical care team. It is with trying to contact the office via telephone. I have stayed on the phone this past week one time for an hour and 12 minutes and the next time for two hours and 10 minutes. No one ever answered my calls. That's my complaint. Thank you. I had to wait for almost an hour to see the doctor after my appointment time.

There was a long wait to be called into the room to see the Dr and another long wait before I saw the Dr. It would be helpful to be on time.

The receptionist could be a little more friendly and smile.stop looking down and lokk at the person in front of them.

This is my first time to have a heart monitor on and I don't know what to do with the thing because I am not a cell phone alert. We do not have cell towers out here where I live and I just didn't know how to use this remote or whatever. I need a little more help with that. Thank you.

Y'all need to do better on the parking. The parking sucks and for people to get in there for their heart, they're more worried about their heart before they get it to the door. The parking needs something special.

Not having someone on premises who can help with a billing issue is very frustrating! Calling Greenville just gets you the run around.

My appointment was at 11:30. I drove 40 miles to and from Sumter for this appointment and I waited 1 hour for the Dr. and I left without seeing him at 12.30. If I am charged for this appointment I will alert medicare.

Dr. Altman was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Aside from not allowing me to voice a single concern and talking over me the entire time, I overheard him complaining about having been assigned my specific case while checking in at reception. He specified my age and diagnosis (and his dislike of being assigned patients like me) for the entire waiting room to hear. I cannot describe how disheartened I was to hear my doctor speaking this way before my appointment had even begun. It felt discriminatory and overstepping my right to privacy and equal care as a new patient.

There was nothing about my appointment that I didn't like. The doctor gave me concise answers to my questions so that he could further direct his care toward my needs. I would come back and he will be my doctor. I appreciate what he did and his staff in the hospital. Thank you so much.

Allow more time for me to express my concerns, and then take time to adequately address them. I felt rather dismissed when I mentioned a concern that the doctor did not consider heart-related.

Everything ran so smoothly. . . I have one doctor who works at an HCA hospital in Myrtle Beach, it would be nice if Prisma and HCA had the same ability to easily share health records like you do with MUSC.

The staff was very courteous, and Dr. Altman is the bomb!

The male nurse that waited on me appeared a little creepy. He did not speak. He told me who he was and asked me "can this dress be pulled down". I asked why. He then said I am going to do an EKG. When Dr Altman looked at the screen he said you had an EKG. I said yes, was I supposed to have one. I didn't hear his answer. I was supposed to have an Ecco and not the EKG. (This was told me at my previous visit). I don't know where the EKG came from. The Ecco were scheduled at this visit. This nurse made me uncomfortable.

I was pleased with service recieved. Since I am relatively new to this office I am still learning the doctor and staff, but I was pleasantly please with office service.

This was a hastily scheduled, quick consultation. Supposedly, a more thorough examination is to follow shortly.

Wait time in the exam room was slightly over and hour. We were not given an update. We had to leave the room and search for someone and ask if we were still going to be seen. All exam rooms near us were open and empty as well. Wait time was extreme.

I had requested an appointment immediately after a CCTa scan which was based on a couple of questionable results. I had to push multiple times to get an appointment. Also: upon arrival I went to the restroom. There was no toilet paper and someone had put soiled tissues in the box that had bags I assuming for feminine products. Facilities need to be more timely. Thank you.

I would appreciate it if the wait times were not so long. It was longer waiting in the actual room than it was waiting to come into the room. And so I think it would be beneficial for the patient if that wait time for the doctor to come in to see them would be decreased. Thank you.
