My concerns were not addressed to my satisfaction. Instead of this office helping me, 8 had to go elsewhere to get what I needed even though I contacted them repeatedly. I feel like addressing my concerns resulted in 3xcuses that helps no one. I'm very disappointed in the service I received

More efficient parking I had to drive around 35 minutes trying to find a place to park ! The Concierge's were backed up they couldn't park anymore cars the parking garage was full I was very upset I have been coming here for years and I have never had this kind of experience. The staff inside could not tell me what to do the staff outside said I could not leave my car to go sign in so I was left to keep riding around until someone left.

Heart conditions seem complex to us although routine to staff, so maybe they could share a little more information, detail with us.

Dr Ampadu has literally saved my life and is the best Dr I've ever had. He is also knowledgeable in other areas of the body besides my heart. He also cares about my personal well-being and my mental health. His nurses are the same.

I have had several of these echocarogram appointment and I have always been treated well.
