Be on time. I arrived early but waited an hour past my apt time before I was seen by staff.

My visit to Dr. McFadden's office was pleasant. The facility was clean. When you walk in, everybody greets you with respect. When he gets in, he always greets you with a smile. And when he leaves, he greets you with a smile. His nurses are very kind. That's all I have to say right now. Bye-bye. That's where I give my visit.

Dr. McFadden was very rude was not punctual. I felt like I was being intimidated was not nice at all. Made me feel like I was faking my injuries and pain levels. I didn't feel comfortable whatsoever and the vibe was not inviting. I felt rush. I would not recommend ever again.

Nothing could be improved upon. It was wonderful and perfect and I thank Dr McFadden and the staff.

I waited for 45 minutes for the doctor to come see me. And he stayed for 3 minutes.

The staff, nurses and Dr. McFadden are excellent in every way. He has a great personality with lots of knowledge. When you ask a question regarding your options, he listens, responds directly without any fluff for confusion, and I appreciate that greatly.

Dr. MCFADDEN is great! Excellent Doctor!

Everybody was very kind, respectful, helpful, but the wait times are ridiculous. My appointment was at 3:20. I got back in the room relatively soon, but every time I've come, I wait forever to see the doctor. The bone x-rays were quick. The nurse coming and going is quick, but Dr. McFadden is always long getting there. And then when we waited to do the shots, it took a long time again. I didn't leave until after 5 o'clock for a 3:20 appointment. It was just really long. Improve your wait time.

My appointment was 2:10 I did not get seen til after 2:45. I understand if I was this late I would have been rescheduled. My time is important too.

Lobby and chairs filthy. Floors and rugs dirty need cleaning and repairs. Long long wait times at every visit. Disappointing.

Appointment time 9:20AM, Doctor came in @10:40AM. I ask the nurse @10:30 what was going on. I understand there are emergencies and appointments take time to be thorough but to be left alone that long is inexcusable without being checked on or offered a reason for the wait, and/or an option to continue waiting or reschedule.

Dr. Mc Fadden is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I trust him & his staff with my care . We are very fortunate to have so many fine orthopedic physicians practicing at Prisma .

I can't say there is anything I would change. This office and it's staff were amazing. I wish every visit i have with a Dr. could be this good. Thank you to everyone at this location. You all are amazing.

Staff, nurses, Dr. McFadden were all great. The "Welcome" tablet was a little gruesome.

1 1/2 hours to be seen. Most of which is in a tiny little room (suffocating). The nurse did bring me water thank goodness. My time is valuable too you know.

I arrived at 2:38 pm for a 2:50 pm appointment. I was called to the exam room at 3:08 pm. The doctor did not enter until 3:46 pm. His staff did not offer any explanation for his lateness. This has been my worst, unprofessional medical appointment I have experienced.

Long long wait time. Disappointed

I really didn't have anything negative to say. I just wanted to say Dr. McFadden is one of the greatest doctors ever and I love him. And please don't take him away from us or change him or anything like that because I'm used to him.

I arrived at 7:50am, before the doors even opened, for my 8:00am appointment. I was the first patient called back. I STILL waited over an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. That makes no sense.

All was great with treatment, however the wait to get into exam room was very long (1 hr if not more).

Provider should engage more with or., instead of giving me one option and informing me that do to my age , I shld be grateful that the problem was a minor issue because of my age. Also, engage in how to inform your pts on where to check out rather than have an attitude because I informed he or she how I wanted to first start the health plan of my issue. In addition,don't get an attitude. I pay you for health services, you do not pay me , attitude because I asked to see my X-ray. Keep in mind you do not who are how intellectual I am specifically when dealing with policy and procedures as it relates to healthcare . DON'T Be RUDE. YOU Are nOT GOD.

I scheduled my appointment for 9:40am in hopes of not having a long wait. I was taken back to the waiting room within about 10-15 minutes of my arrival but the doctor did not come in to see me until 11:05, which was an hour and 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. No one came in to update me on when he would be coming in, nor did they indicate there was a holdup when I arrived prior to my appointment time. While I completely respect and appreciate Dr. McFadden and his care, this is unacceptable.

We waited almost an hour to see the doc after being called back. Don't get me wrong, I'd much rather wait in the little room than the big room, but that was a long time. Sooner updates during the long wait time would have been appreciated.

The assistant who brought me the gel wrap to pit on my finger did not introduce himself, didn't clean his hands nor explained what he was doing. Very poor customer service.

Once I arrive rather than going to the receptionist on the right, we entered the door on the left that said A, which was the wrong receptionist desk. We lost 20 minutes in that office before my name was called. The receptionist at that time realize we were in the wrong office and immediately direct us to the right receptionist.

Good visit

I'm on Workers compensation claims and Dr McFadden said that he was not going to do any surgery under workers compensation He said I could come back and let my regular insurance company take care of it. What the ? Why it is Workers compensation fault I got attack on the job. What is wrong with him. What and he wants to change my insurance company for something that not their fault. I had MRI scan done his suggestion and he repeated MRI scan twice on shoulder it's torn rotator culp and consumer fracture back in L2 and now MRI says neck fracture and nerve damage. Someone please call me about Dr. McFadden then he said he was going to refer me to a spine doctor. What should I do about his decision please help me .

I would like for the directions to the office to be more clear.

I would like if the doctor sees me on time. Because I made arrangement to be picked up and dropped off. I really need to be ready for pick up after my appointment on time. They will only wait 10 minutes before they leave me without a ride home. Other than that I enjoy the service that Dr. McFaddens office give to me. Thank you Prisma Health Orthopedic ?.

The only problem I have with this doctor visit is I was promptly put back in a patient room, but I waited over an hour for the physician to come in and see me. So just a long wait time, that was unexpected. That's been my only complaint of the visit. Otherwise, the doctors, the nurses, and the front desk staff are all present.

The staff in all respects did an excellent job. Dr. McFadden went out of his way to explain all of my specific options and to answer additional health concerns to my total satisfaction.

Had to wait an 45 minutes until I saw the Doctor.

Dr. James McFadden is a superb orthopedic surgeon (as was his father who was my orthopedic surgeon before him). I have always been impressed with the PRISMA Orthopedic Department: the doctors have treated my son, my husband and me. We have all received excellent care from those orthopedic doctors/surgeons. Thank you.

There was quite a waiting time after Xray to see doctor. Pretty but you asked ... the waiting areas in the ortho/PT areas are pretty tired and look kinda ratty.

I was not told what to do if pain developed where I had a shot. I asked a person at the desk outside of the exam room what to do. She said use heat ornice, and she gave me an informative sheet. That should have been done before I left the exam room, and without me asking.

I waited 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time to see the doctor. no updates or apologies were ever given. felt very rushed during the appointment. not a good experien.

The wait was unusually long over an hour. However, a staff member made one announcement that they were running behind schedule.

Maybe hear me out instead of cutting me off and overtalking me. Listen to the patient. The patient knows him/herself better than anyone.

Everything seems to be so rushed today, the doctors really don't get a chance to establish a relationship with their patients. It's like an assembly line. It's so rushed, if you have any questions you forget what you intended to ask. I know you can msg by way of "MyChart" but it's not the same. I am very fortunate to have had the father as my doctor and now I have his son. He opens the door for your input.

The office overschedules. Seeing 50-some patients in a day, it may cause me to wait almost an hour and a half to see a specialist, which is time I had to take off working at Prisma. That's it.

Dr asked how were my thumbs. It was my wrists, not thumbs. This was the third time he had seen me for my wrists.
