It was a long wait, but the snow messed up the schedule so it was nobody's fault!

It was a longer wait time, so I believe someone should have come out and explained what was happening or going on with such a long wait. That would have been courteous. I'm not mad about it; I'm just making a polite observation.

Everything and everyone were as professional as could have been expected. I received great care from the appointment throughout my treatment. Dr. Cameron was very caring and does everything to make you feel comfortable about your treatment, very knowledgeable and his staff does also. I have always been very pleased with the service and support. At this time, I can't think of a thing that you could do to improve it.

Start appointments on time. The radiology techs were standing around the desk, talking for 20 minutes before they started seeing anyone.

Bathrooms were dirty and not well taken care of X-ray staff not helpful watched as you had difficult time getting on the table reminded me of nurses who don't want to touch the pt

Dr. Cameron was courteous and listened to my concerns about my hip problems. He took time to listen to me and discussed issues that answered my questions. He was not in a hurry and took time in working with me.

The one thing that I would definitely improve upon is the fact that no basin was given to me to wash in. I had no towel and washcloth. There was dirty linen in the bathroom from the previous person there. I would definitely improve on those. And no toothbrush, no toothpaste to brush my teeth with. Ever, did you ever, Try eating with a mouth that tastes like cotton. Yeah, these are things that you need to improve on definitely. A towel and a washcloth, not those bath wipes. They're ridiculous. And I thank you.
