Getting an earlier appt would be helpful. Maybe add another MD to your staff or a PA or NP to handle quickie visits between regularly scheduled MD visits to make adjustments in meds or schedule certain tests. Would be better than having to go to some Urgent Care center.

I weigh myself daily. On a calibrated scale. I do so naked. I have daily pictures of my weight. I dont like being told I have to step on a scale fully clothed so that the data shows me 4 pounds heavier than I actually am. Listen to the patient instead of forcing the weigh in.

As this was my first visit with this MD, having a 2 PM appointment time, but was not seen by the physician until 245. I felt very rushed because he was running late stayed there were staffing issues and I needed to get back to work. I shared with him that even though he was running late, I was here on time and took time away from work to make this appointment. I feel we got off on the wrong foot a little tension in the air and that he was expecting I was seeking medication - because weight loss drugs were overly discussed. I clearly clarified that this was the initial visit and I wanted to see if he would be an appropriate primary doctor for me . Seeing this appointment was scheduled three month ago- and his 1st availability for new patients . I was not very impressed with my Office visit outcome.

Right now I am very satisfied with the Doctor and his team.

The public restrooms in this facility desperately need restoration. Due to stains etc, never sure if they are clean. They need improvement to urinalysis samples. I go to other Prisma sites and none look 3rd world as these restrooms

I trust and respect Dr. Rousseau. I appreciate the staff who managed to work me in at a time of unexpected sickness. My wife had a similar need some months back and the front desk personnel did not work with her making me skeptical to try. She had to go to the walk in clinic. Look forward to a long relationship with Prisma and Dr. Rousseau.

No suggestions. I would like to mention that I appreciate the time and attention that Dr Rousseau gave me as I have multiple issues to deal with. He listens attentively and considers my overall health care needs. In addition, all staff members that i had contact with were pleasant and very professional. I'm not sure. (This was a Medicare Wellness visit.) After over 30 years using the same private family practice which was bought out by Prisma a couple of years before my doctor retired, I've had to use two Prisma owned family practices in the last four years. It will take some time to establish the relationship I had with the previous private practice (which had their own small lab) if it happens at all. Also, I've switched from insurance through my employer to Medicare during this time. There is the advantage of quicker access to specialists and the integration of MyChart within the Prisma system.

My visit was excellent. I can't imagine anything that could have improved my experience. The new pathologist was very professional, personable and pain free !

There was confusion over the type of appointment I was scheduled for. It was supposed to be my Medicare annual wellness check. A prior health issue became the focus and the appointment was rushed at the end. I wasn't sure that my concerns were heard.

My visit from check in to checking out was great. The nurses were friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. My doctor. Dr. Rousseau knew what health history, asked me questions concerning how I feel and did I have any concerns. He is very respectful, concerning and an excellent doctor.

It would be extremely useful if someone actually answered the phone. I do not mean using a message requesting me to leave a message but actually allowing interaction with a person. After leaving a message it is not apparent that it was received or that my concern would be addressed.

I think being proactive and sending me paperwork to release my medical records from my previous doctor before our appointment would have been one improvement. Then when we meet, my entire medical record profile is there to be discussed if needed.

Dr. Rousseau has been our Dr. for 10 years . Complete trust in this Doctor. Resently lost my husband ,and He called to talk with me as soon as he found out about Jack's death. More doctors should be like him.

Dr. Rousseau is one of the very best doctors I have ever had! He is incredibly knowledgeable on such a wide scope of medical conditions, medications and various means to treat me. Dr. Rousseau looks at the whole picture of my health with its various conditions. With that, he has been a life-changer in helping me reduce medications that were negatively affecting my life and by providing me real solutions to being the best me and living a healthy life!

Waiting for the Dr. is always an issue.

Proactively inform (or remind) patient that a visit summary is available at the end of the appointment. I had to ask the nurse for a printed summary of my visit when other times it's offered or just provided. Knowing ahead that a visit summary will be provided eases the need to track the details of the education and treatment plan during the visit. Hope that helps.

I want to go deeper into health than just the standard care. Optimal health. Things like nutrition, vitamins, testosterone, etc, but there are such limitations with today's practice and insurance.

This was a great experience. Every person I dealt with was highly courteous and helpful. It actually was a very pleasant experience.

I would have appreciated being listened to more carefully and given advice on situations that might damage my health in advance when I travel. Dr. Rousseau was not very forthcoming with this.

Communication, and for what the reason of the appointment is key. I made it very clear that I did not want to have an appointment if my lab results were not available for the doctor to read. The person making the appointment says, oh, nope, they're here, absolutely, no problem. I get into the office, the nurse checks me in, says, what are you here for? I say, lab results. She says, huh, I don't see any lab results on your file. So zero communication there. And then when the doctor finally comes in and asks me the same question, he says the same thing. Like, lab results? I don't, interesting, I don't see lab results here, as if he's looking at it for the first time, even though the person doing the intake had told me he needed me to come in in order to review the results. Just absolutely zero communication. Could really improve that.

I think there needs to be more consistency in the nurses/MA it seems everytime im at the office it is someone different so you don't know who they are should you want to reach out and I do not recall any of the medical staff identifying themselves
