James Frederick Littles, Jr., MD

Dr. James Littles, Jr., is a native of Florence, South Carolina. He earned his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine and completed his specialty training in Metropolitan Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Littles previously served as a faculty member at the University of Michigan Medical School, where he contributed to clinical education and patient care.

His clinical interests and areas of expertise include gastrointestinal cancers, breast cancer, prostate cancer, osteoarthritis and the use of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for lung cancer and oligometastatic disease. Dr. Littles is committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care while advancing precision treatment approaches in oncology. Dr. Littles believes in practicing medicine with a servant's heart.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Littles enjoys spending time with his family, church community and friends. His personal interests include reading nonfiction literature, experiencing helicopter tours and watching sports and historical programming on YouTube.
