I arrived early for my appointment and was treated immediately.

Good initial impression overall. A bit confused by the deterioration of joint over such a short period of time with no clear explanation. Unsure if a clear answer is available

I didn't appreciate having to come in to pay a $50 co-pay just to get my test results back from my MRI. I felt that we could have did that over the phone. It was a waste of my time. I run a business. I had to move my business all around just to come. I'm appreciative, but I felt like I waste $50.

I can't think of a thing. Dr. Spearman and his team are exceptional.

NO WAY TO IMPROVE. VERY SATISFIED WITH EVERY ASPECT OF THE VISIT. DR. SPEARMAN IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR.

Dr. Spearman is an excellent physician. While my appointment was classified as a "10-minute" visit (probably due to the darn insurance company rules), Dr. Spearman clearly was more interested in my knee issues and making sure that I was completely informed than he was in watching the clock. I appreciate that!! He came into the room with a model of the knee and showed me via the MRI pictures and model exactly what is happening in my knee. He further explained, in understandable language, every possible treatment option, and when I asked him, "If I was your mother, what would you advise me to do?" he responded with one of the least invasive options. It turned out to be a great call, as my knee is feeling much better!

Not one thing! Amazing doctor who definitively cares for his patients.

If another medical professional is present would be nice to be informed before appointment.

Nothing. Dr. Spearman is amazing and really takes time to listen to me to come up with the right treatment plan. The staff are also so nice and professional.

If a young patient has a support person with them during a visit, there is a reason. Create an atmosphere of inclusion. Provide pertinent (printed or digital) literature to patients to aid in decision-making and for their understanding. "After visit" information would mitigate the avalanche of information provided during the brief visit.

I really have no issues. It was easy to get an appointment. Early check in is easy. Everyone at the office is exceptional. Dr. Spearman is awesome. Gave me a steroid shot (best night sleep in weeks) in my shoulder and listened to my concerns of pins and needles in my arm. He came up with a game plan and gave me options I liked.

I made my appointment online and the support person cancelled it without communicating with me first to find out more about my need for the appointment. I had scheduled at the time that worked best for me. After I messaged her more details on why I made the appt with Dr. Spearman, she spoke with the nurse and the nurse said to let me keep the appt. She then rescheduled it but at a different time that was less convenient. My suggestion is for the support person to reach out to the patient before just cancelling an appt. I had my reason, as I had already communicated with Dr. Spearman, and the support person should get more information from the patient before just cancelling the appt. Thanks!

Everything was stellar. It seems like each nurse is nicer than the next if possible. Dr. Spearman put us at ease and answered all questions that we had.
