Yes, I had a procedure and it was painful. And I've had these procedures in the past and it wasn't painful. I didn't understand what the difference was, why it painful this time. And I don't know. I just didn't seem to, I don't know. I just know that it was not a good experience and certainly not one I'd want to repeat. So thank you for asking.

Everything went well

Perhaps telling me where the nearest bathroom would have been helpful.

Wait times. My appt was at 0900, and I was not called until 0950 to do my non stress testing. I was 30 min late to work because there was apparently only one nurse on one side and the other side was behind from what the MA told me.

No, it was exactly appropriate

Doctor did not seem to be happy to see another patient, maybe because I was having my sixth child or maybe because he was tired, having a bad day, but there was no smile, there was no introduction of himself. This was the first time I saw him. He did not introduce himself. I think introducing yourself and having a warm smile makes me as a patient feel a lot more confident and safe in sharing my feelings, my thoughts, my questions and concerns with the doctor. I did not feel safe to do any of that this time because he did not introduce himself and he did not smile during the visit. Thank you.

Felt a little rushed. Would have liked more info on the menopause I'm dealing with. Also the room I was in was ridiculously small. Not a great visit.
