If you call in for appointment earlier than your next routine appointment , the line is pretty long. I been told that you did not have a waiting list for any cancellations. Your system is not patient friendly when you need to get a message to your doctor.

When getting weighed in the hall by the nurse that was assisting the doctor that day, she felt compelled to say my weight so loud that I felt the whole office heard it. I don't think the nurse even needs to say the weight out loud. I see it and she can see it so there's no need to verbalize it.

I can not think of any. Dr. Patel is a true professional and can be trusted by his patients.

The care was excellent.

Nothing! Only waited 5 minutes once I got there to be called back to see the Doctor. Only Waites about the same time for him. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful, everything went very fast. Once the visit was over Dr Patel took the time to talk to me. I truly trust this office.

Stop rushing people in and out so fast, how can you truly diagnose any one in 6 minutes. We followed the doctor after he transferred from another practice. I am not sure if we are going to stay.

You folks did a great job .. nothing else was needed .. completely satisfied!!

Get rid of labcorp and use prisma staff in the in office lab. Labcorp techs are often late to work, are rude, are not good at their blood draws, blow beins, etc... Its always a negative and/or painful experience every single time I go and my Dr. does labs before all of my visits. I've never had this experience with blood draws at other practices and facilities. And with my med history I have had ALOT of draws in my lifetime!

no big issues here. My wife and I have been under Dr. J Patel care for 10+ years. There have been a few times when we were unable to get an appointment in our time needs.
