The IMA building is going to pot. Since the Prisma take over, maintenance had been lacking. Burn out lights, one an emergency light, worn carpet and the funature has seen better days. We were at Greenville Memorial this week also, and I see the same thing there. The covered area coming from lot 4. Needs a good cleaning.

I have seen my Doctor for years. I go to him because I trust him. He might be the first Doctor where I could be totally honest and not feel judged

Checking in & out is a problem. Standing there with two lines is inefficient unless one was to expedite check-in and another for check-out. I stood there for about 20 minutes since it was lunch time to check-out, and then after 4 people were in line (one ahead of me, two behind), other people who also had to chech-out were put in the other line. So after standing there for 15 minutes, they could have checked out before all of us... not smart. Only 3 windows were open.

Dr. Hwang is the very best at supporting me. I trust him to cover all the bases with my care!

Yes, I pressed one on that first one. That was supposed to be a two and I have been.

I have been Dr Hwang's patient for several years and I expected him to be an advocate, but he put road blocks in the way for me. He even said he wouldn't fill out and send off paperwork to a state agency because of the federal government shutdown.

I love and respect Dr HWang, the only problem that I have is the waiting time. After being triaged in a room I waited an entire hour before I got to see him. My time is limited to.

If this were a survey for a different medical practitioner, I would likely have a few comments or suggestions; however, since this is for IMA, and more specifically, for Dr. Jai Hwang, there is not one thing I would change. Unless, you give us ice cream cones on our way out...that would be nice...just kidding.

Nothing my treatment was above and beyond great

I just think so highly of Dr Hwang. He is always so pleasant, listens attentively and answers all of my questions. My only complaint is that IMA has taken on too many patients. It is difficult to get appointments with Dr. Hwang without booking out months ahead. This is especially hard if an appointment needs to be changed, then the chances of rescheduling with Dr Hwang in a reasonable amount of time are difficult.

I was not the patient my wife was, so if you could get your act together, that would improve my trust and respect.
