Prisma's organizational structure and business model are causing great providers to leave the system robbing patients of continuity in care with trusted providers who are familiar with our medical history, conditions, and lifestyle choices. The standards of care has been negatively impacted by pay cuts, beaurocracy, and providers who are being forced to walk away. If you read this and want to chat - give me a call.

Nothing. Jacob West is an amazing health care professional. Prisma is losing one of their best and am sad to see him leave.

I have lost trust in Prisma Health, not my healthcare provider, not my nurse, but Prisma. All of my providers keep leaving the organization, which tells me Prisma is not taking good care of their employees, nor are they valuing their employees.

Got good care

Blunt Memorial Hospital is lacking all types of quality. They're getting rid of three of my doctors and I don't see no reason why they're doing that except Prisma took over. I'm taking most of my business to UT. Thank you and goodbye.

In my last two visits the doctors that I trust and have given me exemplary care in the past have both left or are leaving. There is a disconnect between your management and your excellent care givers. You need to work harder to keep these professionals. They are your front line with patients and are endlessly not replaceable. How long will their replacements last before they leave too?

Dr West is awesome. he took the time to listen to all my concerns and talked to me about what his plan would be.

Jacob is wonderful. He listens, he does what's best for me, and there is nothing else he needs to do.

Complicated process to check in. Did not have a welcoming feeling. Jacob West was great as a provider.

People could not have been better. The changes to the online portion were unpleasant to deal with and did not work properly for me. One example is that it asked if I use tobacco. I clicked yes because I do use smokeless tobacco. I do not smoke but it would not let me switch from cigarettes to snuff. Another was dementia. My father had dementia. When I clicked dementia, it automatically showed up for my mother, who did not have dementia. Computer portion was the only negative experience. Jacob West and the nurse, who's name I'm ashamed to say I can't recall, were outstanding.

I liked West. But I was with Groth for pain mgmnt adjustments which West doesn't do & ins / Prisma won,t cover. I like my reg gp and see no need to switch to West. Re Prisma: Please do not ask my opinion again on this visit. I ignored the 1st 3-5 txts and DID NOT APPRECIATE phone call sat nite!

On my report it had I was 28.05" tall and my bmi was 227. That is incorrect.

I don't think it could get any better, my grandson really likes his doctor, he always talks to him and explains things to him that he can understand, Dr. West is a very good doctor, we all love him.

The end of appointment/getting a slip then being left to find your way to exit/checkout is kind of awkward
