Train reception and nursing staff to work with people from diverse backgrounds and be respectful. Some are not trying to pronounce my name (because it is unfamiliar) and treat me in a brisk manner.

Yall did great I felt very heard and I loved how everything was carefully explained to me when I didn't understand the terminology it was explained to me in a way I could understand. I was also asked multiple times if I had anymore questions. I was read every scan that was taken and explained what was going to happen before it happened. Very professional and made me feel very comfortable.

I can't think of any areas for improvement. Service was timely and considerate. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Dr. Giordano was very patient and explained everything real well. I felt he gave me the best advice and prescribed what he thought was best and considered feed back from me.

Dr never listened to my heart or lungs. Never did an assessment on me. Never felt my legs for swelling. He did ask if I had swelling. Stayed at his computer the whole entire visit.
