I can't think of anything I wasn't pleased with. Everyone is always kind and pleasant.

Everything was fine. No issues, problems, or concerns.

The wait time was over an hour and a half. If you could increase, decrease the wait time and productivity would be great.

Well, he could have listened to me a little more than I tried talking and he just had to shut me off or whatever. I'm not sure who this doctor is. Most of the doctors in Greenville that I've seen have been excellent. I didn't catch the guy's name. I haven't seen him yet, so he's probably took one respect. I can't remember who you said. I don't know. Call me back if you like. I wish you would. All right, bye.

Great experience!!

Overall a good visit but certainly felt rushed. I had a few questions. I ask one and it was answered; but then cut off and told to come back in a few months. That makes me feel like a inconvenience and certainly doesn't make me want to reach out for other questions or issues.

Can't think of anything. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the Dr to the person that you see last to schedule your next appt. They are always so nice and helpful.

15 minutes, including time spent with the nurse is not enough time if you have questions or concerns

Yes, nothing could have been better. That is a wonderful office. I always enjoy going there. It's not always fun to go to the doctor, but they make it where I have complete confidence in what they tell me. They're always so courteous and thoughtful. I don't know how they could improve. You think that we need to make it able to where we can see the doctors quicker than what we are being seen? I know everybody's busy, but it would help if we could get in to see quicker than what we're getting. But I am satisfied with all the services and everything. I just wish I could see my doctors on a quicker basis. Thank you.

Replace the nurse with someone who listens and doesn't assume they know what you are going to ask

Everyone seemed overly nice. My last review was bad and included very specific information. I felt like they were waiting for me and too nice. Stop telling people who pre-register to be there 15 minutes early.

Everything was fine. The staff nurses were in a meeting so I had to wait 20 more minutes past my appointment time but it was not a problem at all. There were 2 other patients in the waiting room that after a few minutes we realized we used to live next door to each other. So we had a nice conversation while waiting.

I felt like I was lithe doctors and staff listened to my concerns. I have not had that in years.

A BIT MORE TIME

Appointment went well! Staff was courteous and concerned about my comfort. Routine blood test taken twice as there was a question concerning resultof first test. Dr. Was attentive and ran a test after a comment was made about recent test by nurse at different facility. Visit was thorough!

Yes, I had, I was very respectable and my physician recommended this doctor and I was, he was very interested in what I was doing. But I don't have, I didn't see where there would be no improvement unless you can have a doctor to be on time, you know, but I know when you're in the hospital, the doctor's office, some patients get sick, but that's the only opinion I have. Thank you.

He is new to me and my health care, so it will take a while to get to know him and build full trust.
