I would have liked to been notified earlier that my authorization was expired. I had to rush my PCP to get it done the day before my appointment. My appointment was dropped to patient responsibility initially. However, my PCP was able to get it approved minutes before my appointment.

If the wait time in the lobby could be cut, that would be nice. I waited over 30 minutes.

Nothing could be different.

The Dr I saw seemed like she was on a time schedule. Didn't really take the time to listen. It was almost if what she said was scripted. She always seems in a hurry. My time with her might last 7 minutes if they. She doesn't even take the time to walk you out. With my new insurance I will be in search of another DR. She's sweet but in a hurry.
