Please get this poor doctor the proper equipment and tables made for a Podiatrist. This poor doctor has to sit on the floor to trim toenails and examine feet. My father and I see Dr. Barker every 3 months, and I always ask, "you haven't been provided a Podiatry table and proper equipment yet?", the doctor and nurses always answer in a frustrated voice, "no, we keep asking, but nothing". How can a doctor preform his proper duties without proper equipment? For such a large company, such as Prisma, one would think the doctors would be well equipped with proper and professional gear and supplies.

We got there 10 minutes early as requested. Then waited an additional 45 minutes past our appointment time. We were taken to a room where the nurse verified information from my son's MyChart, and told my son to take off his shoe and sock. The doctor came in long enough to ask if it hurt anymore and if he was doing okay. Then said in May it should be grown out enough to tell if the procedure worked. If it didn't to call back, and left. Besides possibly glancing at it, I don't think anyone actually examined his toe. Seems like if you make people wait over an hour you'd at least want to slightly examine what they're there for???

Best way would have been to not make me wait almost 40 minutes in room due to doctor running behind schedule. I'm probably changing doctors before next scheduled visit.

I am thankful for the doctor. I'm thankful to have gotten the appointment. It was scooted up earlier than it was planned. I'm very thankful for all of that. Waiting 35 minutes was not fun and made me question why I was going there. But once I got back inside, excellent, excellent care. But again, why wait 35 minutes? But heck, that's all. Thank you. Everyone who I had contact with was very professional and pleasant. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. The staff preformed their tasks with skill and congeniality. I will recommend the facility to anyone who requires the professional treatment available at this facility.

One of the ways you could have helped a great deal was to provide our provider, Dr. Barker, with a proper podiatry chair. I think it was unthinkable of having a physician of his quality having to sit on the floor without a podiatry chair. Thank you. Goodbye.

My appointment was canceled due to death in Dr s family. I was surprised that the next available appointment was 3 month later.

I had an important bit of info to present to the doctor the next morning so I called. However, the person could not ascertain the situation, so I was just told it would have to be presented to him at the next visit. I called because it could have changed the healing he hoped to see in the time period prior to the next visit. I believe it would have been best if there was a way to deliver the message directly to the doctor with my own words.

Yes the only thing I had a problem with was the first visit they didnt do what I needed done had to schedule another appointment which cost me $40.00 I had to pay $40.00 the first time and $40.00 when I went back. When you are on a fixed income that hurts. dont get me wrong im thankful for the insurance I have and the copay it just hurts when you are bye yourself and trying to live. Im thankful for the staff they was wonderful I couldnt ask for better service. my only thing is charging every time which could have been done in two appointments.

Dr Barker is part of the Prisma system and Prisma should offer laser treatment or SWIFT therapy for Planters Warts. These are new preferred options over scalpel surgery

Slow down and listen and not try to get you done so quick just to get to another patient!

If your practice would rectify the charts to let the nurse and Dr know if someone is deaf!

These questions are a one size fits all type question. My guess is that these same questions are asked regardless who or what type doctor has been seen. I saw a podiatrist so some of these questions are not applicable but I had to put some kind of answer to move on to the next question.

My visit was very good, just didn't observe handwashing. Nurse didn't have contact with me and Doctor put gloves on when he entered the room.

The "doctor" acted like a glorified pedicurist mostly uninterested in my medical history or care. The front office is nice, but very dangerous for us seniors- sharing a waiting room with urgent care. People coughing and in respiratory stress.

I didn't feel good about waiting about 1 hour and 45 mins to be seen. That to me is not right. My time was not respected. Looks like over booking. Perhaps they should stop taking new patients.

was a shoddy job of clipping the nails. They were not smoothed down so that your socks don't catch on when you take them on.

I appreciate the doctors suggestion about some really good shoe inserts for planter fasciitis. Fortunately my foot was fasciitis was improving from the time I added looking at it also in addition to my regular foot appointment.

Waiting 2 1/2 months for an appointment was excessive. There should be availability within a month of a request for treatment
