The ENT specialist was very courteous, kind, and cheerful. The treatment my daughter, the patient, and we as parents received was excellent. Everything at the office was also very good, so I have no suggestions.

Dr.Hurley is the best! She is patient, kind and gives me her undivided attention! I am very lucky to have found her! Her receptionist is very kind and efficient! 5 Star customer service and care at Clarity!!!

They did a fantastic job. I don't understand maybe how the questions were with four and one and all that, but I just want to tell you they did a fantastic job. My daughter got the help she needed. All the resources were there for us. All the questions were answered for us. They gave us phone numbers in case we had problems. Absolutely excellent. I loved everything about the doctor, the nurses, the lady up front at the reception, and there's nothing I would change. Thank you.

Sell Greenville Audiology back to Clarity and leave them out of the Prisma bureaucracy. I will be looking for a new audi not because of Holly but because of Prisma. I did not know they had become part of the Prisma mass.

I can't think of any way to improve the service and care I despise to not be able to use my hearing aid for even a few hours. Therefore, I was disappointed not to be able to just call and go in, but she did work me in the next day, which was very thoughtful.

I respect Holly and trust her, and I can't think of anything else she could have done to make my visit any better than it was. She's also saw me on her own time to make a minor adjustment to my Hearing Aids. That tells me that she cares about her patients and goes out of her way to make sure that you are happy with your Hearing Aids.

It seems that Prisma has not provided Dr. Hurley with the software she needs to program my son's hearing aids, comma, this makes it very difficult for us to go forward with care with her, comma, this is something that she had in the past before being bought out by Prisma, comma, and this is something she definitely needs.

Your office did not get my drs referral or transfer of notes and history. They said they had no fax. This caused a real problem for me as None of my daughter's paperwork was received. I literally had to call myself and straighten this out multiple times. Not good. I'm not even sure all the paperwork was transfered. The receptionist was lovely and kind to us but you really put her in a bind.
