I actually felt heard and validated on my last visit. All my concerns we met

I have been bounced around from one medical person to the next. But, never finding the answer for my most troubling issue. I guess each test or opinion rules out each possible cause on the list.

Keystone Medical Center is great! Dr. Bynum is an excellent provider as he is always very thorough, attentive, and compassionate. This office is great from the front desk all the way through to the checkout! Can't think of any way needed to improve!

A "same day " appointment is not on the same day. This seems to be confusing as well as incorrect and misleading.

I love Dr. Henry. He's the best. He's so sweet and loving and very kind and takes his time with me and to make sure I understand and if I have any questions he does not hurry me. He answers them very carefully. I will recommend him to anybody in my family or any friends And his staff first class all the way just like him.

Better information when calling to get information. Never get through to who I need or what I need.

I couldn't possibly think of an another thing that they could've done to improve trust and respect. They listened, took me seriously and took action to try and improve things. They seem to honestly care about my mental health, and that means a lot.

The doctor that read the x-ray should've been more explicit and detailed in his report and findings. It was very vague a simple one sentence was not sufficient. In my opinion.
