This provider in no way wanted to listen to anything that I had to say about previous care.

The people up front could be more happier and a little more friendlier. (Like show you are at least happy to be there). The people up front seemed like they just wanted to do their job and go home. Dr's and Nurses were amazing and wonderful !

I am very impressed the cleanness of the building, professional staff and Dr Latham. This was my first visit to the OBGYN department at Prisma Lexington SC. Due to almost all my doctors are at Prisma and I opted to switch and I am so happy I did. Only one thing I can suggest is scheduling could be more easier for the patients. Since I have visited the doctor and I am now established patient I should be able to schedule my next year visit with my doctor.

What a great experience with Dr. Latham! Initial visit and she already knew my medical history. She was attentive, professional and very knowledgeable. I can't wait to begin this journey with Dr. Latham guiding me along the way.

Could have been patient, and explained what was happening. As a first time experience I was very dissatisfied with the quality of information and care. The ultrasound tech rushed the process and didn't explain what was happening.

I can't think of anything to add. I enjoyed my conversation with Helen. She treated me like she genuinely cared about me and she made the experience seem a whole lot better than what I expected.

I really felt very respectful. I don't have any complaints. Everyone was so, so nice. I love the Dr. Latham, her nurse, and the other lady that came in and took care of me. I felt special, even though I was there for an issue. So I'm happy.

There is nothing that could have been done better. The nurses were awesome and patient. The doctor was great, kind, and also very patient. They didn't rush you out the door. I will recommend Dr.Latham and Prisma Health to all my family and friends.
