Had a thorough health review with the nurse, updating with notes in computer. Time with the doctor could have been more efficient if she didn't need to repeat much of the same review.

I cannot give any suggestions to improve anything. I have never been disappointed in any way by anyone in the office.

You could offer me a T-bone steak and baked potato and a large iced tea, and I would have been very, very happy. But everything went real, very good, except I was very hungry and didn't get no T-bone steak and baked potato and a large iced tea.

Nothing really. Heather had read my messages and went over my record before I got there. I had taken a fall and wanted xrays if which she immediately ordered. Xrays technician was wonderful. I love all the Dr's and nurses of TRFP. they have always treated me with care and respect

No, this is positive feedback. Heather was amazing and the front desk staff was able to handle my confusion for coming in, not during the scheduled appointment, but I had mistakenly put that time on my calendar. So they worked with me to get an appointment that morning and to see Heather so that I could be reassured that what I was going through was on its way out and I didn't have to worry about anything. So everything at Travelers Rest Family Medicine went great. The staff are terrific there. Thank you so much.

I have never been so pleased with my care. Heather is best primary in yrs. Staff always professional. Had to have bloodwork drawn. Usually hate but so good at her job never felt a thing. Made sure let the young lady know for that is a miracle on me.

Invest in modern equipment, such as iPads for nursing and Doctors. The signing off by patients on this old equipment is outdated. Took too long and is confusing for patients. Takes too much time away for patient interaction.Heather Cullen PA, nursing and all staff are caring and professional.

Went in for a strep/covid/flu swab and they only swabbed what felt like my lower checks so results were negative and I feel like they are inaccurate so I still feel sick and have no answers to what I really may have.

I have no suggestions for improvement, they are already outstanding!

It was absolutely amazing!

I would like to see the Blood Pressure Machine to work accurately to my Blood Pressure Reading. I have been to another PRISMA Health Facility twice and on the 1st day the BP was high the assistant suggested to take it again and it was much higher than the first., and the second time to the Facility the same thing happened. I monitor my PB reading every morning and its never that high.

There really isn't anything that could improve the already terrific care and attention I feel I get every time I go there. Dr Cullen is always attentive and treats me with respect. The nurses are always friendly and caring. Most importantly every question I have is treated knowledgeably and respectfully.

I feel the visits are rushed. I honestly didn't have enough time to get all my concerns answered. I'm not sure if I will continue with this provider. Heather Cullen. She was very short with me. I was not impressed at all. I see another provider who I really like and trust. I hope to see him

Heather did everything to keep the process of diagnosing my issues moving quickly. I have already seen ENT and waiting for all to schedule MRI. I highly recommend this practice and Heather to others regularly!

Nothing I can think of. Coming to see Heather is the only place I do not make a list ahead of time. I always make a list to make sure I don't forget anything for any appointments I have. She is extremely helpful, extremely attentive, and I do not feel rushed... Which is rare at a doctors appointment!

Nothing. Care was above and beyond amazing. Such knowledgeable and caring staff. Total faith in my care.
