I was pleased; she is young and only experience will help her gain confidence. She was knowledgeable and offered assurance that was comforting with my diagnosis.

The team approach was amazing. May be a bit overwhelming for some, but I loved the approach. My only concern was that I had not completed all the testing that was recommended prior to my visit. Was my PCP responsible for getting the testing competed? Should the great team have validated all testing was completed prior to my visit? No plan can be established until this testing is completed so I have to make a 2nd visit to follow up after the MRI. A bit disappointed the two teams ( Brest and PCP) were not communicating more efficiently so I didn't have to make two visits.

I didn't see that the facility needs any changes. They were all so courteous and helpful from the front desk to the back office staff. Very nice staff.

The directions to get to that location were very confusing and I spent 30 minutes trying to find a way to get into the appointment. Some of the information was incorrect so they need to do a better job of knowing exactly how to get into an appointment.

Everyone we came in contact with was Absolutley amazing! They were all very empathetic, sincere, knowledgeable, and treated myself and my husband as individuals and not just a number.

I can't not think of anything that needs to be changed. The Staff and Doctors were caring and supportive to each question that was asked.

The provider was young and seemed to dismiss my concerns. Kept stating that my risk was low, that was the response to all my questions. It felt like she was trying to sell me a car.

My visit was great except for my blood pressure and the way it was taken.
