this was my first visit with Dr. Blanks as my primary about my healthcare physician. He asked me questions about my health. checked my heart and lungs and said he would not change any of my medications at this time. I really did like him.

The checkout desk person was not available when I was ready to leave. I had to go back to reception to check out

The medical provider was respectful and very professional, and informed us.

Excellent care and instructions

Dr. Blanks has been my cardiologist for over 20 years and I am grateful for his excellent care and attention. I feel I can always get in touch with him if the need arises and his staff has always been courteous and thoughtful. I truly don't see what needs improvement.

I had to wait at least 30 minutes beyond my appointment time to see the doctor.

I can't think of anything I would change with Dr. Blanks. He has been my cardiologist for over 20 years. We have moved away several times during that time and we still made the drive when Dr. Blanks scheduled an appointment.

Make it easier to make appointments, most other offices you can make your next appointment when you check out, but not Carolina Cardiology.

Arrived a little before my appointment time. Was told by the registration person that Dr.Blanks was 30 minutes behind, which I can understand. What I did not understand what is the number of people, and I counted seven, who arrived much later than I did and got in early. I was the last person to be seen that day. That has never happened to me before at this office.

My visit was and is always very good. Dr Blanks and staff are wonderful. I am fortunate to be in their care.

The care was great. I can't think of anything to make it any better. This was my first visit with this doctor and I was very impressed.

Dr Blanks is great. It's inconvenient that you can't schedule a follow up appointment while you are there and the scheduler just schedules you and you're notified through MyChart. I don't have this with any other Prisma offices. The last time I never got scheduled for my follow up so I called and thankfully Dr Blanks had an opening the next day but initially the lady told me i would be a few months out for an appt. If I were to schedule after my appt then I would know ahead of time. All in all I'm happy with the office and Dr Blanks. Just the one issue with scheduling.

Hire more doctors! Increase the open period for your personnel to make appointments. The doctors are so understaffed that they don't have enough slots open to make appointments when the patients need them.

They met all my needs and were friendly.

The need to visit two check out desks was a little confusing

I was issued a heart monitor. The nurse explained how to use it. She then opened a package of stick-ons that hold the monitor. She then placed the stick-on on my hairy chest without shaving it. The whole time on my way home it was beeping that it was not connected. I kept rubbing and pushing it down to try to get it to stick better. The nurse should either apply the monitor correctly or, let the patient do it all as per the instructions in the kit provided which includes shaving the area before placing the monitor.

Dr. Blanks is an excellent doctor.

I have respect for physician

My appointment with Dr. Blanks was clear and precise. Everything that needed to be addressed was taken care of. Excellent doctor and the doctor's assistant who took all my stats was the best I have ever had to work with. Very pleased with my visit.

Dr. Blanks is always kind, and knowledgeable. I am very grateful that I am continue to function in a healthy way with my many cardiac issues.

I can't see anything that could "improve" any aspect of how I was treated. It's difficult for me to put into words how appreciative I am with how EVERYONE worked so hard to get me and my litany of tests and consults done on very short notice. I can't say enough good things about how anyone I came in contact with did whatever necessary to get me scheduled and got my visits completed in time for surgery. They were all FANTASTIC!

I was unable to make my next appointment. The doctor requested I come back in 90 days but the checkout person told me they don't schedule out that far?

I felt like I had finally found people who cared about my health and well being.i want to say thank you from my ??.

I was sent for bloodwork, the results came back shortly after. I sent a MyChart message, and the nurse wrote back saying she would forward my message to the doctor, I never heard back, I sent another message, never heard back, the next day I sent another message and a nurse called me back. I'm still unclear as to what's going on with me and I'm quite concerned.

I am sure this is a common theme, but reduce wait time I was taken back right on time so that was great, but thought I had to wait too long until the doctor arrived, but it is hard to control what the patients before me are requesting of the doctor

Respect me as a patient by being on time for my appt. Was asked to report 15 minutes before my appt yet was not seen for 30 minutes past my appt. Patients have difficulty scheduling our day if we cannot depend on being seen as scheduled. I have no complaint with Dr Harold Blanks, He is a great provider. I know you can always follow the money, however, it appears to me Prisma is over booking at the expense of the patients time.

I have to say however that the person at the check in desk seemed disinterested and never made eye contact or smiled. But I would strongly recommend this practice to others (& am bringing my wife to Dr Blanks later this month)

Dr. Blanks was great, as usual. The nurse who did the preliminary checks seemed rather aloof and unfriendly.

My appointment was great. Dr. Blanks is the best doctor I have ever had. He cares about his patients. And everyone at Carolina Cardiology are very professional and great to deal with,

Nurses working on name pronunciation. It can be important to some people. It's not physically important but it's the beginning of your visit and can set the tone for the visit in a subtle way. If you correct their pronunciation they shouldn't laugh it off - it's important to that patient, it's their identity.

My suggestion has to do with scheduling. Why isn't the schedule set further in advance? Each time I try to schedule an appointment in the time my Dr wishes to see me (4 months, 6 months) I am told the scheduler will notify me. Is there a valid reason future visits cannot be set at the time of my current appointment? It is ridiculous that the scheduler sends me a day and time without knowing if that time fits my schedule. Then, I have to call back, taking my time and a scheduler's time to find an agreeable appointment. Would it not be easier for office management to set up an appointment calendar at least six months to a year on advance?

Dr. Blanks & crew always outstanding. Scheduling process is a mess, and you overload Blanks and all your people too much. Dealing with Prisma is as always an exercise in tolerance, the ONLY reason I don't go elsewhere is because you inherited/ grandfathered in great talent, like Dr Blanks- but I'm noticing those who CAN jump ship DO.
