Hannah Hirsch Counts, PA

Hannah Hirsch, PA-C, is a cardiology physician assistant born and raised locally in Irmo, SC. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina, earning a bachelor's degree with a major in exercise science. Hannah was first introduced to the field of cardiovascular medicine at that time as an intern at a cardiopulmonary rehabilitation facility. She then attended the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Columbia where she earned a Master of Science degree in physician assistant studies.

Hannah sees patients with a variety of cardiac conditions, such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, atrial fibrillation and valvular disease. She enjoys establishing relationships and working closely with her patients to provide high-quality education and care.

In her free time, she loves hanging out on the lake and being outdoors with her family, friends and dog Pepper.
