No suggestions. Dr. Collins saw me quickly and was courteous and explained my condition and recommended an increase in the dosage of Gabapentin to try to quell my siatica in my right leg. I have great confidence in him although he is not my Primary Care doctor. I saw him on short notice.

All good, this was my first visit and it is a large practice, but they did a lot to make it easy to find my way. I was treated as a person and not just a patient.

Maneuvering the unique setup of the building is challenging for people, unless they've been there frequently. With all of the doors closed while you wait in one of the many waiting areas, it would be helpful to have a patient services contact available in that hall area to answer questions and help direct people.

It was actually a wonderful experience all around. All nurses smiled and were happy to be there, courteous and very efficient. Dr. Collins was super nice and caring. He was also a very good listener and came up with an improved recipe for my medicines and overall care. I also liked having everything such as blood lab, radiology and pharmacy all under one roof! Very nice job!

I was very pleased that they had an opening on the schedule and I didn't wait more than 10 minutes before I was called back and checked in and doctor came immediately and discussed my issues and he immediately told me what treatment he felt I needed to resolve the problem and I agreed with him. I was in and out within a half an hour. It was a very good experience!!

To enhance the professionalism of the situation, it is crucial to ensure that when being reassigned from one hall to another, all patient care responsibilities are addressed beforehand. It is imperative that patients are not inadvertently left unattended or mistakenly checked out while still present, as this can result in them waiting over an hour and a half without seeing a provider. According to protocol, we are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment time. I adhered to this protocol and was promptly placed in a room. However, I experienced a delay of 40 minutes beyond my appointment time before anyone verified my presence in the room, prompted only by my coughing spell. Subsequently, there was an additional wait of 20 to 30 minutes before the provider came to speak with me.
