My appt was at 8:00. Instructions were to arrive by 7:45. At 8:00 the doors were still locked and my calls to ask to have the doors opened were still going to the answering service. By 8:05 patients were being checked in.

Being more professional when dealing with some things she dislikes about the patient and asking questions in a less crude way.

Front desk person could be friendlier. She barely acknowledged me. The doctor was all business and a scribe was with the doctor but I was not told who she was or that she would even be in the room. When I asked the doctor when I would get lab results, she said, I would be told at my next visit, she would not be calling me and for me not to call her. The nurse was very professional. She was helpful and answered all my questions.

It was good so no complaints

Yes, Dr. Merchant has been taking care of my knees, my body, and all of my joints since about 2004, I believe, when she was in Building A for GHS. I trust her completely and I wouldn't go to anybody else. I don't think there's much more she could do, dear. So I appreciate y'all calling and checking on her, but she's marvelous.

Some of these questions were not applicable. Like the registration ones. And I didn't see any nurses. Just dr merchant and her assistant.

Dr. Merchant, to me, is a very good doctor. She listens. She's really the only one that really listens outside of another that I respect totally. I have no problem with her. She explains things completely to me, and she's a very good doctor. I'm glad I know her and have her. Thank you.

Showed more interest in blood work results which were becoming alarming to me. Explained medication side effect dangers.

Prior to Dr. Merchant, quite a few of my appointments with another provider were cancelled. Then, it was months out before I could get a new one. So thankful to finally be a patient of Dr. Merchant's. She truly seems eager to find out what is going on with my health, get to the root of the cause, and seek proper diagnosis treatment.

Nothing wonderful exprience

Dr. Merchant was superb. Staff at the desk was not friendly and appeared to be bothered by some insurance questions we had.

I would like there to be more communication between the doctor and the front office. So when I leave the doctor the front office knows and gives me any related information to the appointment. I don't want to have to ask for it or go back in to get any paperwork/information that I need to see.

Nothing Dr Merchant is the best

The doctor maybe shouldn't have said rude things to me. Like when I mentioned having gastric bypass, she shouldn't have muttered under her breath that it doesn't seem like it. Nor have she insulted my teeth asking if I have a dentist, and when the last time I had a cleaning was. I've had a lot of medical issues in the past few years. It was my first appointment with her, and she apparently hasn't looked at my chart coming from a different state. She's unprofessional and I will be looking for another rheumatologist.

I belive everything was just right. No issues.

Everyone was very nice and considerate to me.

I felt very cared for and cared about!!! The nurses helped me understand the effects of my medications and when and when not to take them. I appreciated their care so much!!! My Doctor was also consulted and I appreciated her knowledge and care!!!

Highly recommended to everyone! Personnel in this practice is very kind specifically the doctor.

It's far is Dr. Merchant staff they are very respectful and helpful. Dr. Merchant goes far beyond than my expectations. In my opinion Prisma needs to really take a good look because they think progress is building buying, etc. in today's world. You need to make people feel like family when they come into your establishment

Dr merchant and her team are a breath of fresh air. Dr merchant worked diligently over a few yearss to find the best balance of medicine to address my psoriatic arthritis, through bad reactions to some infused medications as well as some inadequate medications. Her concern for my comfort has been a great gift and finally we found the right mix of medicine. The infusion team are the best. Frequently I do not even feel the IV going in. They NEVER leave me bruised and always show concern for my comfort. They have offered a closer place to take my infusions and I declined, because I would miss chatting with the receptionist and being near dr M as well as missing the infusion team.

Given me alternative clinics to get my X-rays to save me money.

None all was thorough.

My opinion all team members and dr Merchant all work together very well won't change a thing very pleased with the office and all there employees.

When seeing a patient who has a background of having an eating disorder, a provider should not comment on their weight and say that they are heavy or comment on their breasts, saying that they are very large and asking to document that in my chart as a reason for many of the issues that I'm having. And when I ask for clarity, they tell me that I have to go to my primary care doctor. As a rheumatologist, I thought it was very common that they knew that brain fog, memory loss, and fatigue were some of the main symptoms of lupus and other autoimmune disorders, but they said that they don't handle with that. And also, they were able to tell me with 100% certainty that I don't have an autoimmune disorder without running any extra tests. That is incorrect, unprofessional, and terrible bedside manner. Thank you.

Front staff should always be kind and helpful

Listen to patient and provide explanation as to why new meds - and how they will help.

I feel like the doctor did not even look at my chart before I came in, but she was asking me questions that if she hadn't looked at my chart, she would have known. So I really didn't feel comfortable with the question that she was asking me concerning other doctors that I see, because it should have been in my chart. So I just didn't. This was a new doctor, so I don't know if I'll return to that doctor I mean I'll find another doctor. Thank you.

All was fine for this regularly scheduled appointment. It would be nice if billing prices were more clear and printed when checking out.
