Greg Matthews, MD joined Prisma Health as a radiologist in 2019. He was born and raised in central Indiana, where he subsequently received his medical degree from Indiana University. He completed radiology residency and an MSK fellowship at Wake Forest in Winston-Salem, North Carolina before traveling to Greenville with his family. As a radiologist, he enjoys his role in serving patients by trying to put together all the pieces of the diagnostic puzzle. In addition, he is glad to be able to offer patients relief by providing therapeutic injections with imaging guidance. He specializes in musculoskeletal imaging, which includes sports medicine, trauma, infectious disease, pediatrics and orthopedic oncology.
