It's a little tough to get through on the phones, but staff was amazing. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were able to be worked in. The diagnosis and treatment were swift, and yet I didn't feel as though our doctor was in a rush. He took a lot of time with us and explained what the diagnosis was and what we needed to do and when or under what circumstances we would need to follow up. I had very pleasant interactions with the staff at the front desk. She was personable and very helpful, especially since we're self-pay, which can be a little disconcerting.

I would have liked to have a number and a person to call with questions after the surgery. I had some complications. I called the surgery center. There's nobody there to answer. I called Dr. Faucher's office. They kept referring me to an email and a voicemail, which did not help. And I would like to have had a person to actually respond to my concerns after the surgery. Thank you.

Everyone was helpful and took the time to explain in detail what they were looking at in the X-rays and the reasons for their recommendation for surgery

Dr. Faucher was great. Very attentive and caring. He kept me informed of my injury and got me through my injury physically and mentally. Can't say enough about the care I received !!!

I waited for almost an hour after my appointment time to be called and waited another 30 minutes in the exam room to be seem. I had an event I was scheduled to attend and was very late getting there. I've decided to not pursue my 2nd opinion exams with Prisma.

Dr Faucher and the team provided helpful care and there is nothing else needed.

Visit was perfect. Even though power was off when we arrived, staff was courteous , patient and helpful. Physisian has great bed side manner. Very helpful gsve suggtion to help in other areas. It is a pleasure coming to the office.

I DON'T THINK IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. FOR THE MOST PART I UNDERSTOOD A THE TREATMENT SUGGESTED AND I AGREED WITH IT.

I didn't have any problems at all, everything went very well. Dr Faucher explains everything in detail and I must admit, it was the first time I received a steroid injection that it wasn't painful!

That was my first visit at this office. I was impressed with all aspects of my visit. Friendly yet professional office. Would definitely recommend!

I answered no to washing their hands because they did not wash or sanitize where I could see them. May have washed outside of room, but should do it in front of me.

I believe that Dr. Faucher experienced a medical emergency or delay that morning so appointments were running an hour behind schedule. Nevertheless, he and his team were thorough and did not make me feel rushed during my consultation. Everyone was very pleasant and answered all of my questions.

I will not seek to have my condition treated because my insurance will not cover enough of the cost. I'm on social security, living paycheck to paycheck and can't possibly come up with nearly $3400 to have the procedure done.

Professional and friendly staff!!!! First visit with this provider. He diagnosed my issue immediately. Vety professional and efficient.

The care that the Hand center provided was exceptional. The front desk staff, the nurses and the doctors were all great. The only complaint I have is that I needed to be seen sooner, because of my injury and so i wouldn't burn up a lot of my pto waiting on what the next step. Sooner appointments would be great instead of waiting a week before being seen.

You did great. This was my first apt so it took several weeks for my apt and my hand has been in pain, but I understand. Follow up apts were scheduled in a timely manner. Also, I was pushy for the apt and the scheduling staff were very kind and did what they could. Zero complaints and looking forward to finding the best treatment plan going forward.

My entire experience was and continues to be stellar and caring from everyone. My surgeon Dr. Gregory Faucher is The G.O.A.T of hand surgeons!! I've regained full flexibility of my pinky finger and haven't experienced an ounce of discomfort post surgery.
