Handicapped access to the hospital was awful. Not enough handicapped parking, not even two adjacent normal spaces where we could park and roll out our wheelchair. Had to exit our van from the middle of the street. It was raining and there was no one outside to direct traffic nor help. Don't know why there is a multi-person welcome desk . They were busy with non-patient activities and unaware of problems just outside the door in front of their desk. Outside help is sometimes available on clear weather days but none when conditions are sub-optimal. This goes directly to your question.

Doctor was an hour and a half late for appointment. I waited for him was there till 6:00 PM.

I have no Complaints, I always receive excellent service at Dr.Grabowski office, his staff always treat with respect, and courtesy, professional, I trust my doctor Period

Unusually long wait to see the doctor.

I thought everyone was compassionate and friendly. Every time I have visited the office I felt that they cared about me.

Nothing, the doctor listened and answered questions and walked me through the the procedure of the surgery. He helped to build my trust and and confidence in his abilities to see me through this process

Instead of letting me sit for hours waiting for my appointment, tell me out of courtesy that the doctor is running a bit behind. Also, please correct the lines in the handicapped parking area in garage 14. The lines are extremely confusing.

Don't know of anything else. Providers listened carefully and answered all the question I had at the time.

The only complaint I have is the wait. I really hoped I could see the Doctors when I was still in great pain. I understand that he is committed to follow his schedule and we don't always get what we want. He was wonderful with his care.

Have POOR handicap parking closer to the elevators.

Nothing that I can think of. I have been extremely pleased with Dr Grabowski and all of his team members.

If only there were 2 Dr. Grabowski's! He is an excellent doctor, with an excellent reputation. Consequently, he is booked up far in advance! I would rather wait to see him than see a different doctor sooner.

Cared more about someone in extreme pain. Didn't even know had a new mri done orders by his office.

It was a pleasant visit

No improvement needed in my opinion.

Dr Grabowski is an extraordinary man and surgeon. He goes out of his way to assist and explain everything and makes astute sound decisions in direction. Knowing your physician is to be trusted as a human being and surgeon is most important.

Dr. Grabowski was absolutely wonderful! Would highly recommend to anyone. Very smart, professional and kind.

Entirely too long of a wait. Appt at 10:15. Did not see doctor until 12:10. Other caregivers came in while waiting to do Assessment and answering questions.

improve the wait time. I was there at 345 for appointment and I wasn't seen until two hours later. So that is something that definitely needs to be worked on.

Continued close collaborations between colleges regarding my overall status exceeding the general expectations will be greatly appreciated and making our community more worthy of recognition from the citizens grateful to have such talented people within our world.

By informing the patient that the doctor had an emergency and wouldn't be available for 2 1/2 hours.

I felt very respected with all the providers and staff I interacted with during my visit

I waited 3 hours, you could have brought me something to eat. The doctor was running so late. But not his fault, the people were requesting more of him all the time. I love Dr G. he is a great doctor.

Have the doctor be on time

From the very beginning some years ago, Dr. Grabowski and his team have been the best of the best! My case is complicated and necessary treatment has been explained in depth. My suggestion for any change for any office or practice would be to ask Visitors, Family members, Staff and Patients to PLEASE PROHIBIT THE WEARING OF ANY FRAGRANCES INTO A MEDICAL BUILDING OR HOSPITAL!! Anyone with nausea that walks into a facility or elevator, etc can immediately become very ill! Even those with Allergies are affected by these smells. Most times it is from people who can only afford the cheap perfumes, body sprays, powders, etc. PRISMA HEALTH - PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW PERFUME ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HOSPITALS/MEDICAL FACILITIES THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA OR TENNESSEE.. ????

Dr Gregory Grabowski and staff were succinct and well run Dr. Grabowski has always, and continues to be, brilliant and kind. He explains all beautifully with a calm compassion and welcomes any questions or concerns. Dr. Grabowski is the only spine surgeon I would have surgery with.

The wait time was considerable. Right at one hour. I'm grateful that another DR stepped in to ask questions and prep Dr G. They were both excellent.

Receiving area did not list Dr Grabowski's name. I felt uncertain, wrong day, doc not in, moving. I even asked if Dr. Grabowski was there cause there was no name. I walked in feeling uncertain and anxious. I was so nervous I thought I was getting bad news about my doctor. I was anxious with the nurse but calmed down with resident doctor and I was back to myself when Dr Grabowski saw me. FYI I didn't lie down on the bed cause I saw to dark stains on the bed and someone's curly hair.

My waiting time was over 45 minutes

How can you make what is already perfect better? Dr. Grabowski and his staff go above and beyond!

If an appointment is made for 9:20 AM, I feel that I shouldn't have to wait no more than 10 minutes to see the doctor. I shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes in a room to see a doctor.

The ONLY improvement I would recommend is that of sticking a bit closer to the actual scheduled appointment time -- I was in the "waiting area" for a full hour prior to being seen by anyone. However, after talking to Dr. Grabowski it became more apparent as to WHY it took so long to be seen -- the doctor spent MORE TIME with me than any other doctor that I've seen in my life & was great at explaining & actually showing me exactly what would be happening with my procedure... I was impressed!

Dr. Grabowski is very personable and is truly interested in providing quality health care to his patients. He preformed a successful surgery on my lower back 11 years ago. He has provided surgical assistance to several of my relatives and friends. During my visit he continually explsined to the resident present why he was treating my condition. He is clearly a great teacher and mentor. Dr. G is clearly a valuable Prisma team member.

Yes, I had to wait one and a half hours before I got to see Dr. Grabowski. That's the second time that has happened and I'm a businessman and I really just don't think that I should be required to wait one and a half hours in the examining room. So that was very unsatisfactory. So thank you.

It was perfect, from the amazing Doctors and Nurses, to even then the Tech and transport staff. I cannot begin to explain how much everyone went out of their way to care for me. Thanks again to everyone

This was the first time I've been here where I felt like everyone was rushed. I just felt like the staff was overextended and was not able to spend the time with me that I would have liked.

It would be nice to get some additional support by giving me a written summary of my visit with the doctor. Sometimes I can't remember all of the important facts stated to me about my back issues.
