I don't feel there could have been any improvement with how Dr. Chatain handled me/my situation. He seems top-notch. I'm also impressed by the punctuality with which his office operates.

Everything was great

Listened to what my body needed to heal so i could get more than 2-4 hours sleep at night and have the small request for medication needed to not just sleep comfortably but have the comfort to do the walking needed to do to heal. Other than that everything was fine.

They could have did no better. It was a pleasant experience. Everything, I have nothing bad to say. They was four all the way. Thank you. God bless. And thank you again.

In my opinion he didn't listen to me and didn't want to take time he was just in and out ,I don't think he even payed any attention to my MRI

Better cushion chairs in the exam room. Spine issue and thin cushion chairs made sitting very difficult.

An earlier appointment would have been very helpful. I waited 5 weeks to get in. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Everyone we interacted with was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I could not have asked for more. If I wind up having surgery I would want Dr. Chatain to do it.

The doctor wanted xrays and said it'd be a couple of minutes and they'd come get me. Thirty minutes later I found the nurse and told her I'd been waiting 30 minited and she said the doctor never told her I needed xrays. She said they'd come get me right away but after 15 minutes they still had not come and I had to leave because of another appointment. She said she'd reach out to reschedule. I have not heard from her about this.

I found the staff to be courteous and helpful. Dr CHATAIN is absolutely awesome. Im looking forward to finding a cure to my pain.

I don't have any problems with my visit, but I was referred for PT to a different facility than I requested. I had requested GroupHab, because I had been established with them and wanted to continue with them. When another PT facility contacted me, I respectfully declined and sent a message to Dr. Chatain. I also left several messages with his nurse, but have not heard back.

There was a lot of information thrown at me all at once that was different than the doctor next door had offered for the same problem. It was a lot to take in during a short visit. Beneficial and I'm not sure there was a lot else he could have done to help me process any better. I am still trying to figure things out for continuing care.

Should have explained more what the next step was. Need injection but was not referred until 2 days later and did not explain that she would have to visit pain management then schedule another time for injection.

The check up was thorough and results sufficient and satisfactory. Dr. was cordial and helped me to be comfortable.

It took about 30 days to get a MRI from when I requested one and then after that it too a little more then 30 days to see the spine Doctor. Now I am waiting for my injection, I hope it doesn't take another 30 days.

The guy that did my exrays was very impatient with me. That was the only thing that upset me

My experience was a very good one. The security person helped me get to Dr Chatain's office. I can't think of anything that would have my visit better.

Honestly, I'm not sure there is anything more needed. He is a great doctor and takes the time needed to answer my questions and walk me through a treatment plan.

None : excellent visit. First visit with this office and very pleased. Dr. Listened, had good examination, straight forward responses and plan for further action was fully explained. Totally happy.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff and the nurses and the doctor, everybody was just very tuned in to everything that I needed. I didn't have to worry about anything. And yes, I trusted them with my care. I can't think of anything that you really needed to do differently with this particular situation.

I can't think of any improvements needed because all of my needs were met. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and very caring. Dr. Chatain was very personable and gave me clear explanations of my test results. He discussed treatment options with me and presented me with the pros and cons of each. I never felt pushed about my choice. I left the office feeling very comfortable with the treatment plan we chose. I am thankful I was referred to this practice and would recommend choosing it for any spine and neck issues.
