I have a preferred name on my account. It's there because I am transgender. When being scheduled by a woman named Jessica, she immediately dead named me. I told her my preferred name and that it should be listed. She then told me that she actually didn't take the time to look at that. When I repeated how important it was to me, she dead named me again. At that point, she mentioned that this actually happens a lot. This means that she has been made aware on the multiple occasions of the importance and necessity of looking at someone's preferred name. She is making the choice not to take the extra two seconds (that's how long she told me it took to look it up) to make sure she is providing the best care possible. I understand it is hard to convey to you how much being dead named can affect a person. But I don't need you to understand how awful it is. I need you to know that it's awful and act accordingly so that it doesn't happen. Every part of my visit, and every visit I have had with Prisma before this, has been phenomenal. But this seemed intentional. After clearly stating that I did not want that name to be used, it was used again. Then I was basically told that she knew exactly what she was doing and that she was making the choice to hurt patients emotionally. If you have some other interpretation, I'm happy to hear it.

I had a positive Cologard test and I had to wait 5 months to get an appointment. I wish that the appointment was more timely.

I feel as though there isn't anything that you guys need to work on every time I come to this place everyone is sweet and wonderful and I have a great experience. I feel well taken care of by my doctor. She really seemed to really be concerned of my stomach issues. She directed me in a perfect way. I understood on what I needed to do to help myself and to prepare myself for our next visit.

We like to more cheaper the consultation because they are so expensive and or some open doors or something they can apply because sometimes we don't have money. So we just decide to see if they're going to help us to pay the bills.

The Dr said come back 2 weeks after my x-rays to go over the results to see if I needed any further tests. The nurse/scheduler at the front said it wasn't in the notes, so she only scheduled a follow up appointment after the second procedure that I might not even need. Help me to get that appointment scheduled 2 weeks after the x-rays please
