I was called by his staff about issues with the VA but they worked it out so that I was able to keep my appointment. Everyone always treats me with respect and kindness. I love these people!

Don't feel like my concerns and what happened to me was taken seriously.

When going to the lab for blood test, the administrator sent me back out to the business office to get a laminated card to present back to the lab admin, it felt like an unnecessary step since I already had the request form from my doctor.

Everything was to my satisfaction.

I was very nervous about this appt ,thr nurse told me once he come in I would feel more comfortable..he was very nice answered my questions before I asked ...he explained everything to a way I could understand..very comfortable moving forward thanks to his explaining so well...

The satellite office does not seem to get messages from the main operator. More communication is needed for the staff to know when someone leaves an important message. I hit major traffic and had to call that I was on my way in. I was marked as a no show on the system but in fact I was seen by my doctor. I am still marked as a no show on the my chart system. This could cause me problems later on as it looks like I did not keep my appointment. The staff in the doctors office was great and helped me to be seen.

As always, everything was good.

Always have a good visit when I visit this Physicians office. They are always fast, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. A winning team!

No improvement needed.

The staff is very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that there are a great deal of steps involved, figuratively and literally. For example, having to register for my appointment before I go to his office, then after the appointment, he has ordered lab work. No problem. But, I have to walk to the Business Office to register for the Lab. Then, I can walk the distance to the Lab for the blood to be taken. This is all too time consuming and extremely exhausting. I'm sure you have a system, but there must be a better way.

Everything was professionally and respectfully carried out: I would not change a thing.

Note: that Dr. G did wash his hands on arrival and before we shook hands but the LPN that took my vitals, reviewed and updated my records did not.

I have been very impressed w/Dr Gannamani. I like his manner of going over the info I need, at the time. He has patience in lot of ways ex. Being sure I understand the important things. I'm very pleased I was referred to him. Office staff r nice also.

As far as I'm concerned everyone and everything is acceptably great

Every single person I had interaction with was kind and helpful. Form the wonderful woman who checked me in to the nurse taking my vitals to the doctor himself. I am so thankful that this is where I will be going for endocrinology appointments and needs.

Although I was initially seeking a more conservative treatment and the physician clearly explained his reasons for his medical plan. I think that we can work well together to meet shared goals.
